Happy Tip Tuesday! 😀

Since October is National Estate Planning Month, here’s today’s tip:

If you already have an estate plan, when was the last time you actually looked at it? 🧐

Life changes. We get married, 💒divorced, 💔have children 👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻and grandchildren, 👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻buy and sell real estate, 🏘️and unfortunately, sometimes we lose people we love. 🪦😔

Your estate plan should change as your life changes.

It’s time to review those documents!!! Are the right people still listed? 🫣Do your beneficiaries reflect what you want today? 🙄Does your plan include the real estate 🏡and other assets you currently own?🤔

Having an estate plan is great. Having an estate plan that actually reflects your life today is even better, so don’t put it off!

Btw, on Wednesday, 10/28 we are hosting a seminar with an Estate planning attorney and a Financial advisor to go over things that usually people don’t want to talk about. It will be at Reception Palace - 14375 SW 42 St - from 6:30-8:30pm.
Join us! 😉

Excited to announce our next CORE event — Friday, June 5th at 6 PM featuring Cindy “Summer” Perez speaking on:

Kingdom Ambition — Faith, Discipline & Entrepreneurship

Cindy is a top-producing Realtor, President of NAHREP South Florida, and co-founder of the 5AM Prayer Club @the5amprayerclub — a faith-based community centered on prayer, discipline, and spiritual growth.

This will also be our FIRST female speaker at CORE 🔥

I’ve personally gotten to know Cindy and have been inspired by the boldness of her faith, leadership, and intentionality. She genuinely lives out what she speaks about.

I’ve attended her real estate events where she openly starts in prayer and leads with conviction and purpose.

You’re in for a powerful night of community, growth, and conversation.

Proud of the team and of everything that gets built when purpose is shared.
When bright minds come together, the energy is felt, ideas flow, and results speak for themselves.
Thank you to everyone who was part of this space—for the trust, the presence, and the openness. This is just the beginning.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed with their energy and thoughtful questions.
And a special thank you to the speakers and collaborators for elevating the experience and sharing from a place of excellence.

All praise be to God for 2025 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

All glory goes to Jesus, the author of my salvation and the captain of my soul 🙏🏻🥹

Can’t wait to see what He does in 2026 🙏🏻🥳
