Meet Patti Wilcox, the AMAZING choreographer for Annie! 🎭💃

Not only is Patti teaching us all the awesome dances for the show, but she’s also become such a special friend to me! She’s so kind, fun, and gives the BEST hugs!

So thankful I get to learn from Patti and share this incredible Annie adventure with her!

Spent the day playing for these MT Icons #hunterbell and @jefbowen of #titleofshow fame and what a wonderful day it was. Two of the most talented (and nicest!) folks in showbusiness. FUN FACT: I did one of the first post-Broadway regional premieres of the show in 2010 (as Larry) at @arizonatheatre. The guys came out to see it and were so supportive and lovely. The show was such a hit that they extended but I had gigs so the REAL Larry @larrypressgrove came out to replace ME, playing HIM playing me playing him. VERY META and very title of show. @pattiwilcox1 choreographed and the amazing cast were @kellymccormicknyc @laurenlebofeldman #stanleybahorek and @salgo10 directed by my dear buddy @davidiragoldstein. So great to be in the room with them again. ❤️

Happy New Year! 🎉

• Apr-Jul: Cruising the Caribbean routes in the US.🇺🇸

• August: A month of non-stop travel! Performed at the Magic Castle in LA—huge thanks to Andost for the coordination. Looking forward to 2026! Then Magic Live in Vegas, followed by a performance in Guatemala—thank you Jose for the warm hospitality!🇬🇹

• Sep-Nov: Caught up with friends at the Malaysia Magic Festival.🇲🇾 Honored to perform in Thailand thanks to Mamada’s invite.🇹🇭 Then a trip to Japan—special thanks to Agape for his persistent invites since 2017. So glad we finally made it happen!🇯🇵 Right after Japan, I jumped straight into the Magic Art Festival in Taiwan. Huge thanks to Jiang Hao for the invitation, giving us the chance to bring our cruise show segments back to the land stage!🇹🇼

Hard to believe it’s been a YEAR since we were in rehearsals for the Norwegian Aqua. To have such a purpose of bringing this show to life and to honor the legacy of the musical genius of @prince reignited the energy and wonder of performing. A journey that truly changed my life, on a spiritual level even, and one I will cherish forever. Memories that will remain so vivid and connection with beautiful people who I respect and admire in their entirety.

After college, these studios were my classrooms. Filled with music, mirrors, great teachers like @pattiwilcox1 @charlesgoddertz Randy Skinner, Michael Owens, and Joe Lanteri, professional Broadway performers and choreographers, and a sea of young talent with the drive, desire, discipline, and passion to become one of those Broadway performers and choreographers! 25 years later, teachers may have changed, but still such a great feeling to return to these studios for classes this week. Lots of memories. The spirit is still there. The energy is still there. The love is still there. The drive is still there! It's all still there! #dancer #tapdancers #tapdancing #tap #musicaltheatre #broadway #music #mirrors #passion #drive #desire #discipline #love #fun #laughs #learn #students #teachers #challenges #improve #dreams #dreamsdocometrue #goals #friends
