Just like that, the crew crushed another special mission. This one we kept top secret 😉 it had its very own special set of challenges but that’s any contract. These guys pushed through hot hot days, helped motivate each other and celebrated each persons success. I couldn’t be more proud of this group! You guys crushed an almost 80k tree contract in 7 days and did so planting quality trees that will be one day be a beautiful forest. Feeling really grateful to have such wonderful planters! I love you guys 💙

Well my crew did a crazy side quest contract about a week ago where we planted grass. This contract had so many fun challenges 🙃 and it was incredible to see the crew persevere through them. Why plant grass? Well this was for oil & gas and they are re-establishing the environment that was there before the pipeline. We were told there’s a seed shortage so they are trying this. It was an incredible experience and I’m so happy we could be apart of the project.

“I’ve Heard a Siren Calling” has its Toronto premiere @insideoutfestival this Thursday May 29th at the Tiff Lightbox.

This film has been 5 years in the making and when I started this film I didn’t have an end goal in mind, I just had a lot of feelings that I wanted to capture. I was influenced by my surroundings and lead with my intuition. It’s not perfect cinema but it’s raw and honest. So proud of what we were able to accomplish!
I wish I could be there but I am currently in Berlin - Sadly I will not be able to make the premiere but Nev will be in-attendance to represent the film.

So excited for you all to see it! Ticket link in bio 💌
