Such a lovely day at @meridian_jacobs ranch with a fun group of fiber loving crafters. We spent a lot of time visiting the sheep and shopping in the farm store, and now are peacefully crafting and chatting.

I’ll be hosting another retreat here in the spring when there will be lambs!

Tester show & tell // Lakestorm edition 💞 so many different yarn combos! You’ll have to check out their Ravelry projects to see them all but I’m really digging all the different types of Pom Poms, how some have speckles or other color variations, cute puppies & kids, fabulous smiles... all in all each knitter made this project unique and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks for bringing me joy! And @glennae2 apologies in advance for the weird crop job... insta did not play nice but since you didn’t give me your beautiful face anyway I went with it 😝 #testknitting #lakestormhat #kateoatesdesign #kateoates #hatknitting #knitweardesign #tottoppers #knittingpattern #knitstagram #knittersofinstagram #tricot #strikk #ravelrypattern #ravelrydesigner

Sweet @pattycake_knits truly blew my away with her amazing attention to detail with the beautiful @fibreshare package! I was so touched opening each pretty package, it was as if Patty knew me for many years! Gorgeous yarn in my colors from @earlgreyfibercompany , glazed pottery, a pumpkin sign, coffee, an adorable coffee project bag she made just for me, some of her delicious homemade jam, and even more than I could fit in the photo! I could truly tell every single item was picked with love and care just for me ♥️ Thank you so much sweet Patty for the amazing gifts and your friendship, and thank you to Fibreshare for bringing a lovely new friend into my life!

It isn’t very often that I make jam with (as my friend Doug puts it) “no funny stuff” in it, but there is something about just plain plum jam that delights my taste buds, and keeps me coming back for more.
