Synthesis CG’s client conference took hypercompetitiveness as its theme, asking what tangible advantage means today, how it is built, and how AI, technology, data, design and creativity sharpen a brand. It also considered the sources of Lithuania’s competitive edge in 2026. Our strategists presented the Baltic Global Brands Index, a study measuring the visibility of leading brands on the international stage, and explored what makes Lithuanian brands, and Lithuania itself, globally competitive. They were joined on the panel by Paulius Motiejūnas (@paulius.motiejunas), CEO of Confluence Valley; Andra Bagdonaitė, General Partner at Firstpick (@firstpicvc); and Regimantas Urbanas (@regimantasu), CMO of Surfshark (@surfshark). Our thanks to all who joined us for a day of exploration and shared knowledge.

Nashville, September 17 – 18, 2026 — Over the next few weeks we will be posting each individual speaker who presented at the 2026 Brand New Conference with some of they key takeaways they shared with our audience. The overarching themes of curiosity, soul, identity, intention and belonging are perhaps a reflection of the world we currently live in as we tentatively emerge from an era of blandness in design where, as so many strived for perfection, we ended up with a lot of sameness. We seem to be entering a stage of pause, reflection, and hopefully creatives seeking to be an design different, while making a difference for their clients, their community, and themselves. — #Conference #NoSponsors #interactive #networking #experience Photos by @sofianegron

Thank you, everyone, for nine glorious years. Creativity Scouting 2026 was our last one, and it really got our creative juices flowing. Last week, the Contemporary Art Centre Vilnius held an atypical amount of talent, from our vibrant speakers, Gintarė Kondė (@gintarekonde), Lukrecijus Dūda (@zhenyamishamax), and Martynas Auz (@martynas.auz), to the radiant crowd who made our tenth anniversary celebration our best yet. It felt special and surreal to share this moment with all of you. We bid farewell to Creativity Scouting, and we cannot wait to share what’s next. Photography: Augustė Kukaitytė (@a_kukaityte)

10 years of creativity, and one big crown on top — the Creativity Scouting event. All sides of the creative journey were talked through, from @gintarekonde wall mural, @zhenyamishamax gold and mud, to @martynas.auz smooth characters. At least 300 eyes and ears gathered for the stories. A big joy to bring the community together, but an even bigger one to create things together with our all-star @byandstudio team. 🖤🖤🖤
