Here’s what I learned:

- Some people still fear buying online incase they can’t make a return, so be sure you have clear refund options and positive reviews ⭐️

- Payment can be an issue for people, make sure to offer Apple Pay and PayPal etc 🍎

- Younger users are searching in social media apps more than search engines 🔍
