One year… one whole year just for this moment.

A year full of hard training, countless doubts, sacrifices and endless questions about whether I could really do this.

But through all of it, one mindset stayed the same:

Miles over feelings.

No matter if I felt strong, tired, motivated or completely empty, the only way to go was keep moving forward.

And that’s exactly what we did.

It still feels unreal to write these numbers.

There might only be one name in the official results, but this was never a solo achievement. A massive thank you to my crew for giving absolutely everything for almost five days, to my family and my girlfriend for supporting this crazy dream for an entire year, and to everyone who followed the race, sent messages and cheered me on. ❤️

You were all part of this journey.

One year of preparation.

A few weeks ago, we successfully completed our first major test. 🔥

15 hours.
250 km.
8,900+ meters of climbing.
And well over 10,000 calories burned (Garmin gave up at 9,999 😅).

A full Everesting effort in an incredible atmosphere, surrounded by amazing people and supported every step of the way by @paul.krischker and @lucagoesto behind the camera.

This wasn’t just a physical test—it was also the first real test for the film crew. Judging by the footage, I’d say they absolutely nailed it. 🎥

One step closer to bringing this project to life. The work behind the scenes continues, and we’re just getting started.

der song ist meine eigene interpretation des fährmanns aus der griechischen mythologie, nur dass die reise nicht über den fluss styx führt, sondern durch unsere eigenen gedanken und gefühle.

es geht um momente, in denen man etwas loslassen muss, auch wenn es weh tut. um diesen inneren preis den man manchmal zahlt, um weiterzugehen. und um abschiede, die sich gleichzeitig wie ein neuanfang anfühlen.
