Some pictures are best not remade and unfortunately we had to remake Timo’s EKG pic. He had an abnormal EKG and we see a cardiologist tomorrow. Pray for his heart. Thankfully his brother is always by his side! #seniorsunday #senior #sunday #classof2027

You got to love the dress up years. Nothing like being woken up out of a deep sleep by two superheroes with weapons. #seniorsunday #senior #sunday #classof2027

I love when a pic just remakes itself. Only they switched who’s giving the bunny ears. ✌🏼#seniorsunday #senior #sunday #classof2027 #brothers

Experiencing the firsts are so fun. This was your first time to fly a kite. I was right there beside you helping you catch the wind, holding the string, and making sure you didn’t let go.

And somehow, all these years later, I find myself standing in a very different place watching you prepare to fly on your own.

As your mom, I wish I could hold the string forever. I wish I could protect you from every storm, keep you from every wrong turn, and always be close enough to catch you when you start to fall.

But God has been teaching me that you were never mine to hold onto forever. You are His.

So as I loosen my grip, I’m learning to trust the One who knows the beginning, the middle, and every mile of your journey ahead.

I can’t wait to watch you two soar! 🪁🪁

“Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act.” — Psalm 37:5

So crazy that this was walking into a season of parenthood and now we are about to release those small hands and send them out into the world. Walking through this life with them has been my greatest joy. God truly knows what’s best for us and is so very kind. It is an honor he even considered me for this story. #seniorsunday #adoption #church #jesus #School

I waited six LONG years to become these guys mom. It’s weird how those waiting years seemed so LONG and these non waiting years have seemed so SHORT. This is a picture from a Sunday 13 years ago. 🥹 “So teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” Psalm 90:12 #seniorsunday #church #jesus #adoption

First Senior Sunday. The start of the first of the lasts x2. It is truly so crazy to think this time is already here. I’m in my feels about it, but also super excited to see how God is gonna use these boys. I know He has the BIGGEST plans for them. Let’s GO! #seniorsunday #classof2027 #senioryear
