There’s something extra special about photographing a family for the second time… especially when the first time was for their first baby. 🤍

Getting to watch a family grow and then be invited back with their newest little love is such a gift. Seeing how much their family has changed, watching their first baby become a big sibling, and getting to capture those tiny newborn details all over again—it just feels so incredibly sweet.

These are the sessions that remind me why I love what I do so much. I’m not just photographing babies… I’m getting to photograph families through some of the most beautiful seasons of their lives.

Thank you for trusting me with your first baby, and then coming back to let me document your second. It means more than you know. 🥹🤍

Turning 20 today, @boyslikegirls’ self-titled debut helped emo reach a mainstream audience with songs like “The Great Escape” and “Hero/Heroine,” which dominated radio and MTV. Even though it sits far from the heavier records in our world, Boys Like Girls solidified a softer, pop-forward lane within alternative music and helped to shape the sound and aesthetics of countless bands that followed, like @themaineband and @ftskband. 🔗 in bio⁠

Je ne pouvais passer sous le silence le 20e anniversaire du premier album de Boys Like Girls. Un groupe tellement important dans mon parcours. Un album qui a changé ma vie. Pour toujours l’un de mes albums préférés. 🫶🏼

Boys Like Girls’ iconic self-titled album is turning 20 today. This album changed my life. There’s no words to express how much I love this band: they carried me through the darkest moments of my life. They helped me to hold on to life when I thought I didn’t have the strength to fight anymore. They proved me that life was still worth it. This band saved my life. Forever grateful. 🥺
