Did you know I host one of the UK’s most unique business retreats, in one of the UK's most unique places? Throughout the year, I take my clients to Portmeirion, an iconic storybook village in North Wales that is home to me and my family. My great-grandfather designed it. My grandmother created Portmeirion Pottery, which became a globally recognised brand. When I walk through the village, I see what can happen when someone takes an idea seriously enough to build it. Bringing ambitious business owners here, to consider what they could build next, is an experience that is hard to put into words. Coming to my retreats, means you are whisked away to North Wales and have access to something that can be surprisingly difficult to find when you run a business: spaciousness. Time to think beyond this week’s commitments. Room to examine a decision you keep postponing. Conversations with people who can help you see possibilities you have been overlooking. At our September retreat, those conversations led to decisions that are already changing how attendees run their businesses. ◈ One returned home and hired experienced support to strengthen her team, review systems and improve follow-up, while reopening conversations with warm leads. ◈ Another decided to close a business and restructure her support into VIP days, securing three bookings while reducing the long-term commitment involved. ◈ Others began reconsidering how they position and value their expertise, and addressing decisions they had been too busy to give proper attention. Sales are central to our work, alongside the decisions that determine what you are selling, how you deliver it and what you want your business to make possible. Sometimes you need to step away from running everything to recognise what needs to change. Portmeirion gives us a remarkable place to do that, with time for strategy, conversations and bold decisions that you have the momentum to action once you get home. My next retreat takes place in February 2027, to enquire about joining us, comment or DM me RETREAT and I’ll let you know the details. Enfys

How do I choose where to network? Frankly, I’ve found it hard to know. My business has evolved rapidly since I launched in 2021. I’ve done the “so what do you do?” meetings, the one-minute pitches and the local lunches. Those rooms served me extremely well then. They don’t serve me now. As my business grew, I stopped knowing where to network. I wanted to be surrounded by peers doing big, difficult, mission-led work. People I could share my biggest targets with without worrying they might sound intimidating or impossible. I wanted conversations that could actually go somewhere. “I know the perfect person for that. They’re one of the best in their industry.” “I’ve built a senior leadership team. Here’s what I learned.” “I know exactly who you should invite onto your podcast. I can introduce you.” “We’ve made that leap. Here’s what I’d do differently.” I wanted to talk about breaking through multi-six and seven figures. Building a legacy. Investing in the right technology. Growing a team. Creating a much bigger impact. And I wanted access to that calibre of conversation without a mastermind price tag. I couldn’t find the room I wanted. So I’m building it. And the response has confirmed something: I’m far from the only established business owner wondering where they’re supposed to network now. We already have almost 60 Founding Members in our new private members’ club, and they are exactly the people you want in your corner. Established. Generous. Well-connected. People with experience, introductions and opportunities to share. Our first online gathering is tomorrow, and our Club-exclusive events are now open for booking. Founding Membership is currently £500 + VAT for your first 12 months. Perhaps this is the room you’ve been looking for too. Comment CLUB CURIOUS and I’ll send you the details. Enfys

OMG. IT’S TOMORROW. Tomorrow, I open the doors to The Club for the very first time. A room full of established business owners, decision-makers, hosts, speakers, authors, global voices and people with extraordinary networks of their own. And I know exactly what’s going to happen. A high-calibre networking chain reaction. One introduction leads to another. One conversation opens a door. One person knows exactly the person you need to know. Opportunities ignite. Fast. And tomorrow, we light the firework. Should you be in this room? Are you already IN?! Comment CLUB and I’ll send you the details. The founder rate is £500+vat for the year and there is a strict application process before joining. Founding Members… SEE YOU TOMORROW! We're about to start something... and I couldn't be more excited! Enfys

Sometimes you step into a week and know it's going to be Killer Awesome. This is one of those weeks. Not only am I hosting The Leaders Retreat up here in Portmeirion Village, which will be fabulously sponsored by Paul Green ... I am also heading down to London for a night and somehow, just somehow will attend three events in that time. Who else am I seeing this week?! Enfys #retreatwithenfys

When you are a business leader, networking needs to become far more intentional. You have already attended the breakfasts, conferences, lunches and champagne socials. You have introduced yourself hundreds of times, exchanged countless business cards and spent years building your network. Too often, you still find yourself as the big fish in a small pond. You are the person sharing the advice, opening your contacts and helping everyone else think bigger, while leaving without having met anyone who stretched your own thinking. Leadership can also be incredibly isolating. You can experience an enormous win and have nobody who fully understands its significance, then face a difficult challenge and have nobody appropriate to talk it through with. At this stage of business, you need to be more selective about the rooms you enter. You need peers who understand the weight of leadership. People with impressive experience, valuable networks and ambitious ideas of their own. Conversations that challenge you, introductions that expand your world and relationships with the potential to change the direction of your business. Vibrant Connections: The Club officially begins next month, and more than 50 business leaders have already secured their place. We are now selecting our final Founding Members. For £500 + VAT for your first year, you’ll enter a curated private members’ club built for leaders who have outgrown traditional networking and no longer want to be the most experienced person in every room. The opportunity to join at the Founding Rate gets smaller with every new member we accept. If you are running a noteworthy business and are ready to enter a more exceptional room, comment CLUB CURIOUS and we’ll send you the details. Enfys

Next month, it all begins. The introductions, the ambitious conversations, the exchange of ideas, expertise and opportunities between brilliant people who want to see one another triumph. We are now gathering our final Founding Members before the doors close on this chapter of The Club. Founding Membership is £500 + VAT for your first year, and this rate is only available while our remaining Founding Member places last. Every new member takes us closer to closing the Founding Rate. Will you be one of our next founders? If you're building something noteworthy, comment CLUB and we’ll send you the details. Enfys

Paul turned down a £3 million NHS contract. His wife was thrilled, as you can imagine. He had lost his job. Then he found this great opportunity. Then he said no to it. It sounds mad. But it was the best thing he could have done. Because he said no, people started asking questions. They wanted to know how he even got the offer. “Can you do that for me?” became the question. That was the spark. He started small. Really small. Just Paul on WhatsApp, manually messaging people. But it grew. Fast. Soon, there were too many leads. He couldn’t speak to everyone. It was impossible. So, Paul adapted. He built an agency. Today? AI is at the heart of everything he does with WhatsApp. Full episode on YouTube. #whatsapp #entrepreneurship #business

Right, let’s talk about what Meta has just done to WhatsApp. Because it changes everything for small businesses. Meta are releasing free conversational AI agents directly into WhatsApp. They want every business to have an AI agent within the next 12 months. These agents aren’t just toys. They will qualify your leads. They will nurture them. They will engage with your customers while you sleep. For free. When big tech starts giving away enterprise-level tools for free, you have to pay attention. AI is no longer just for massive corporations with huge budgets. It is being handed to your competitors right now. The question is, are you going to use it? Or are you going to let the business down the road get to your customers faster? It’s time to adapt. Have you looked at WhatsApp AI yet? Let me know below. #AIforBusiness #MetaAI #WhatsAppBusiness #BusinessGrowth #SmallBusinessUK @paulgreenld

IMPACT Live! 2026 you were incredible! Too tired for a proper post - instead I’ll let this amazing reel from @letsedituk say what I can’t quite put into words right now. The only thing I can say is the not to be missed media connection event will be back again next year and will be even bigger - running across two days instead of one on 22nd & 23rd June 2027. It means we have more space for connection, relationship building and visibility. With exactly the same number of people in the room. Earlybird tickets are available until 10pm on Tuesday 30th June on this link: https://go.njrpr.com/impact-live-2027 Will you be joining us?
