Feeling incredibly honored today. Being named Agent of the Year company wide at Florida Executive Realty is something I don’t take lightly and it means even more because of the people who helped make it possible.

To my staff and business partners, thank you for standing with me through every late night, every challenge, every closing, and every win. Your support, hard work, and belief in what we’re building together mean the world to me.

To my clients, you are the heart of this business. For 23 years, you’ve trusted me with one of the biggest decisions in your lives. Many of you have come back again and again, referred friends and family, and allowed me to be part of your story. That loyalty is something I will never take for granted.

This award is not just mine, it belongs to every person who has walked alongside me on this journey. I’m grateful, I’m humbled, and more motivated than ever for what’s ahead. ✨🏆

@floridaexecutiverealty Celebration of Excellence for 2024 was a wonderful night! Last year was a bit of a circus, so many changes in the Real Estate industry. We adapt, evolve, and thrive together! I’m so grateful to be a part of the best work culture @fishhawkhomes Every agent in my office is kind, caring, and supportive of each other. We share our knowledge and encourage each other’s successes. It doesn’t get much better than this!

Today, I said farewell to an amazing office manager and dear friend, @paulinawanamaker. Together, we opened the Florida Executive Realty Fishhawk Office in January 2018. Over the years, Paulina has been the heart and soul of our office, growing it to over 40 agents. Her dedication and hard work have always ensured everything runs smoothly.
Paulina has not only been an exceptional colleague but also a true friend over these past 7 years. She has left an indelible mark on our hearts, and we are immensely grateful for all the wonderful memories and the lasting impact she has made.
As you embark on this new journey, Paulina, I wish you nothing but success and happiness. Know that you will always have a special place in my heart, and we will miss you dearly.
Thank you for everything, Paulina. Here’s to new beginnings and endless possibilities!
