I’m still riding such a high from Saturday. Truly, thank you all for showing up and showing out for the New Year❤️‍🔥 it meant more than I can put into words. I feel so deeply grateful for my NYC Cambodian community, and incredibly moved by everyone who came through to celebrate, especially those who aren’t Cambodian but showed up with open hearts to embrace our music and culture. Being able to share this part of who we are with all of you is something I’ll never take for granted. Thank you for making it so special.

I spent a lot of my years cooking, learning and loving in Mexican kitchens. One of the things I really miss are tlayudas — here’s mine, inspired by Cambodian shrimp crackers often sold on the street and served with Tuk Murik (black pepper lime sauce)

sabauh nam, fresh water shrimp, mung bean salsa macha, avocado, fresh herbs, cachete and finished with cracked black pepper

I’m proud of her. What a yummy intro to spring 💛
