We just wrapped up the Rise Higher retreat out in Portugal, and honestly, it was pure magic.

The place
The people
The work

Getting to sit, move, breathe, and just *be* together... it truly changes you.

No gimmicks, no forced networking.

Just real, beautiful human beings stripping away the noise and remembering what it feels like to actually be alive and connected.

Everyone who showed up was just so incredibly awesome.

You trusted the process, leaned into the discomfort with so much grace, and completely brought this experience to life.
We are so deeply grateful for every single one of you.

Thank you. 🇵🇹🫶🏞️

✨When friends and colleagues come together, something truly powerful can emerge.

On the beautiful island of Spetses, @laratamba and her @onesanctum created a five-day retreat at @poseidonion exploring resilience in a stressed world. It was a journey that invited participants to reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the world around them.

I feel grateful to have been part of the support team alongside wonderful colleagues and friends— @patrick_suether @angelasophiaguidance, @lamitta_01 , @paulmvincent, @caringcovesomatics, and @figure.ground.therapy.

Together, we held space not only for inspiring speakers such as @gabormatemd, @dr_mike_boise, @drrosalindwatts, @apostoliapapadamaki, @premashira, @_angelgrant_ , and @jonleighton1, but also for the participants as they moved through meaningful and often profound processes.

And as a beautiful closing chapter, our support team stayed a few more days together in Athens—integrating, connecting, and simply enjoying shared time after such an intense and enriching experience.

✨A powerful reminder of what becomes possible when we gather with intention.

This past Earth Day, various communities came together to plant 100 ancient trees on this land, rooted in ceremony, connection, and care. 🌲

Alongside youth from Watts and the Antelope Valley, this was the beginning of a relationship with the land, with each other, and with something that will outlive all of us.

These trees carry ancient lineage. And now, they are held by the next generation.

Deep gratitude to our partners and all who made this moment possible:

🌲 The "Super Grove" is Coming to Wolf Connection! 🐺

We are planting the future. We’re excited to announce a massive step in our mission of regenerative living: The planting of 100 ancient clones at Wolf Connection in the Angeles National Forest.

This isn't just a planting; it’s a 3,000-year carbon vault.

The Lineup:
50 Ancient Sequoia Clones: Descendants of the giants that have survived millennia of fire and drought.
50 Ancient Redwood Clones: Nature’s fastest-growing "cloud catchers," genetically identical to the most resilient trees on Earth.

The Impact by the Numbers:
💨 32,000+ Metric Tons: The estimated lifetime $CO_2$ sequestration of this grove.
🚗 7,000 Cars: That is the equivalent of taking 7,000 gas-powered vehicles off the road for an entire year!
🌡️ Micro-Climate Magic: These giants will lower ground temperatures, recharge the water table, and provide a sanctuary of shade for our wolves and native wildlife.

By using the "tried and true" genetics of Champion Trees, we aren't just planting seedlings—we are planting a legacy of resilience that will stand long after we are gone.

Regenerative living in action. For the wolves. For the planet. For the future. 🌎✨

This #EarthDay, something monumental is happening on our land.

In partnership with @ancienttreearchive and the @guerrillacommunity, 100 youth from Watts and Antelope Valley will join us to plant 100 ancient trees, genetically connected to some of the oldest and most resilient trees on Earth.

Archangel Ancient Tree Archive leads this initiative as part of a larger effort to restore ecosystems through “champion” tree genetics, while GCM guides youth through a Rite of Passage rooted in mentorship, responsibility, and community.

These youth will become custodians of the land, caring for what’s planted and growing alongside it.

At Wolf Connection, the wolves teach us what it means to live in relationship, with each other and with the natural world. Hosting this work here is an extension of that.

🌲We’re inviting our community to support the mission today by donating through the link in our bio!

JOY FEST LA ~ The Un-Masquerade

There comes a moment
when performing stops working.

When the roles feel heavy.
When the armor feels unnecessary.
When you’re ready to feel something real again.

Joy Fest LA is a full-day immersive experience designed to move you ~ mentally, emotionally, physically.

TEDx speakers sharing lived truth.
Cacao & ceremonial tea.
Acro + somatic experiences.🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️
A nourishing shared meal.
A co-creative Un~Masquerade.
A limited live biometric study exploring coherence through sound.

Natalie opens the show.
Emer ignites the dance floor ~ launching a 90-minute EDM Dance.

The arc of the day mirrors a powerful EDM journey.

We gather.
We build.
We soften.
A living pause.
And then ~ the drop.

Live violin meets bass.
Music reorganizes the nervous system.
Breath opens. The body releases.
Something locked begins to move.

Rhythm.
Resonance.
A room full of people ready to evolve.

People leave lighter.
Clearer.
More connected to themselves ~ and to each other.

If you’ve been craving something honest, embodied, alive ~
this is your room.

What if it all works out? ✨

We recently asked a guest how her mindset shifted after our LA retreat.

She told us that before, she felt like she was constantly chasing her “potential”—as if it were something far away, just out of reach.

Afterward?

She felt a sense of peace, knowing that her power has actually been inside her all along.

We often treat our growth like a destination we have to get to. But these retreats are really about peering behind the habits of our daily lives—the loops that keep us from seeing what’s already there.

It’s not always easy work.

It’s intense and it’s physical.

But it changes the way you see yourself in the world.

To the person wondering if they’re ready to step into that kind of presence: what if it all works out?

If this resonates we’d love for you to join us here. Drop a ❤️ if you’re leaning into your “yes” today, and follow along for more reflections.

Voices, artists & stewards of the room.

On June 8, 2025, 35 voices gathered on stage at TEDx Pacific Avenue, hosted at The KINN in Venice, CA.

The ideas were bold.
Some were provocative.
All of them were human.

Different lives. Different disciplines. One shared frequency.

The room held both gravity & grace.
Listening felt devotional.
Stories were received with care & presence.

The energy carried beyond the stage ~
in the way people lingered, connected & stayed open to one another.

Joy Fest LA continues that spirit.🎻🎻💃🏻🕺🏼
