So proud of you all! More fighter foots from yesterday’s comp! Oss! ⁣ ⁣#wollongong #wollongongbjjopen ⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣#repost @paulandtrace⁣ ⁣__________________⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Unbelievably proud of my best mate on winning gold 🥇 at his first BJJ tournament at the @wollongongbjjopen. It’s amazing how quickly he’s taken to the BJJ world, and he absolutely is in love with the sport. We can’t thank @gbshellharbour, @limamarcuss and all the coaches enough for the care and attention they show these kids, and especially for helping Joshy grow in both confidence and skill 👌👍👊. Also a shout out to the @wollongongbjjopen for a fantastic event, and to the other young lads in Joshys bracket, both great kids 👍👍. The hard bit now is getting him to take off his medal 🤣🤣 @traceythompson8732 #jbt #bjj #goldmedal #wollongongbjjopen #graciejiujitsu #graciebarra #graciebarrakids #graciebarrashellharbour #bookyourkidsin #youwontregretit #family #onehappykid #prouddad #proudmum #happyendtoatoughweek

Joshy got his very first stripe! We are so proud of you buddy! Thanks Paul and Trace for leaving such a beautiful message. It really means a lot to us. ... Posted @withrepost • @paulandtrace Jui Jitsu Joshy got his first stripe today!! To say he was excited about it would be an understatement. He’s loving every minute of his bjj at @gbshellharbour In the short time he’s been there, his confidence has improved, not to mention his body awareness and fitness. If you’ve even had half a thought of getting your kids into a martial art, don’t go past these guys. Prof Marcus and his coaches are absolutely brilliant, the kids get treated like family, but it’s also fun to watch from the sidelines. Get involved, your kids will love it 👌👌👌 #bjj #gbshellharbour #shellharbour #juijitsu #selfdefense #jbt
