Mom’s night out — topping up the happy.

Sometimes “me time” looks like a bubble bath… and sometimes it looks like laughter that makes your cheeks hurt and sharing appetizers.

So grateful for these ladies and moments to recharge, reset. 💕✨

🌟 Gratitude and Celebration for Incredible Women in Business 🌟

Today has been nothing short of inspiring! I started my morning surrounded by seven amazing downtown businesswomen over breakfast. We shared accomplishments, offered support during the tough moments, and celebrated the resilience it takes to thrive in business. 💪💼✨

To close the day, I had the privilege of joining another phenomenal group of businesswomen for an evening of celebration. It’s truly special to come together at the end of the year—not just to reflect on our individual successes, but to honor the mutual respect, admiration, and lessons we’ve shared throughout the year. ❤️🙌

A heartfelt thank you to @pav_moore5 for opening her stunning venue at the Thompson Hotel, and to the Noble Pig for an unforgettable meal and the most beautifully decorated chocolate cake. 🎂🍷

Here’s to the power of women lifting each other up and making space to celebrate the wins—big and small. Cheers to another incredible year! 🥂✨ #WomenInBusiness #Kamloops #kamloopswomeninbusiness #Gratitude #Collaboration #CelebrateSuccess

Let me know if you’d like anything added!

Amazing is this group of ladies. They are inspiring, loving, and incredible in each of their very own way. I wouldn't have found my sparkle back and be able to pop off my 40s the way I did without each of them. This weekend was movie epic and now I am ready for our regular scheduled programming of sleep, healthy eating and balance. Cheers to this weekend and all the shenanigans had. I hear Nashville is fun...see you all soon. Xoxo

Ps. @jaymiecaswell and @sheilaminten you two nailed all the details of this gathering! Xoxoxo

Today, I find myself reflecting on what I wanted to see as a little girl and what I would have liked to see more of in order to help lift women up.👶🏼👧🏽👩🏽👩🏽‍🦳👵🏽 It seems quite obvious now that I am a "bit"😉 older but we have the responsibility to continue to support the beautiful women in our life from young to like "fine like wine" because we are better together when we help eachother out. Be the cheerleader, ear, voice of reason and inspiration you want to see in the world. This means celebrating our team, business community, friends, family, and especially the little ladies who are watching their aunties grow up each and every day. Leave no lady behind.

My heart is hugging the women who I love, who I respect, and who do the same for me. Today, lets lift each other up and be the support we need.

Cheers to you all!
