T H A N K Y O U 💕

Another year done and dusted with my Fit For Change family and this year was a little bit special, because it marked 10 years since my first ever FFC bootcamp in Alexandria Park 🤯👵🏼

It's been a long journey since the days of me standing in the park with two clients, an A3 sized laminated sign and three kettlebells from Aldi (lol) and looking back, I can't believe I made it this far😂

Thank you to my wonderful clients for celebrating with me last weekend and I wish I got more photos of everyone at the party!! I am eternally grateful for my FFC family and I feel lucky to have each and every one of you in my life🤍

And to my wonderful trainers, @joshua_moose_ and @maxferri04, thank you for all your support over the last year. I couldn't have done it without you both!

So here's to another 10 (okay maybe 5, lol) years of dishing out burpees by the beach😜 and cheers to a cracking 2026!! 🥂🥳

Ps. Cake and cupcakes created by my amazing friend Bel from @trillabakery so please follow her page as she's amazing!

Danielle from @pawsome_fun72 finally got me!
Asked if I had *#Suzi Quatro Rock Hard in my collection… and I didn’t.
First one to stump me, respect!

So now I’m throwing it out there again, think you can beat the DJ?
Hit me with your best track requests, let’s see who else can stump me.

Quick music trivia: Suzi Quatro was a total trailblazer the first female bass player to become a rock star in her own right. Rock Hard came out in 1980 and featured in the cult film Times Square, Pure rock energy and attitude.

Watching my friend Danielle @pawsome_fun72 grow through our outdoor sessions has been one of those reminders of why I do this.

Week after week, she has shown up with a mindset to improve not just her fitness, but her confidence, energy and mental clarity.

This isn’t just about push-ups or sprints in the park. It’s about building resilience. Reconnecting with movement and creating a space where people feel supported, seen, and proud of themselves.

Hearing her testimonial hit me - because sometimes, it’s easy to forget the real impact we make beyond the sets and reps.

So proud of her journey, and so grateful to be part of it 🙏🏾💪🏾

Celebrating a Big Year with the Resolve Business Club 🥂❤️

Nearly 6 years ago, I started 1:1 coaching with small business owners. While 1:1 coaching was incredibly valuable, and some amazing goals were being achieved by my clients, I felt like something was missing…

There was an even greater opportunity: to bring my clients together and also invite other small business owners who were hungry to grow into a supportive, collaborative community.

So, I took the leap. I added 3 courses and dedicated weekly training sessions, and in April this year, I launched the Resolve Business Club.

Fast forward to today, and I’m proud to say we’re now supporting 70+ businesses through 1:1 coaching and the Resolve Business Club. It’s been incredible to see how far we’ve come in such a short time!

The Resolve Business Club has become more than just a program…it’s a community. A space where small business owners connect, share ideas, and grow together. We’ve tackled challenges like mastering social media, improving marketing strategies, and creating more time and freedom for members. The results have been insane….businesses are growing, goals are being smashed, and confidence is soaring!

This year has been a big one, but it’s only the beginning. I’m so grateful to everyone who has trusted me on this journey and can’t wait for the massive things we’re planning for 2025.

Here’s to growth, connection, and leveling up in 2025!🥂

Sharing a few pics from this week’s event thanks to @benspinelli 📸
