We are two days away from the Booker prize shortlist announcement, and I regret to admit that I didn’t manage to read a single title from the longlist.

I am halfway through The Palm House by Gwendoline Riley, which so far I enjoy, but I am still clueless which books will make the cut.

can’t believe this was two years ago already.. and this week marks 6 years from when Ben asked me out/we went on our first date?! time absolutely flies.. love these mems from one of the sweetest days ❤️ fall has always been my favorite season, and I think for good reason.. 🍏cheers to many more years and apple picking adventures 🍎❤️

Day 25 #memademay2026 Another day another airport selfie in these fab swishy memade pants! Today paired with a RTW tee and my @paynterjacket for POCKETS! 🏆

I posted a Story of these pants in action and NGL, they scare me in airports. Not only the lack of pockets. 😂 Too wide at the bottom. (Bathroom floors, escalators, moving sidewalks can’t wait to grab a hold! 😂)

I am striking these type of pants off my Travel Wardrobe list! Narrow or Tapered pants only in the future! 🎉

Friday again wtf!

Always wanted a wax jacket, and the WAXED HOODED FIELD COAT 2026 fills the gap perfectly. It’s thoroughly Rich tested! coffee, mud, and bird poo proof... with nine pockets of tactical storage for half-eaten snacks and random toys.

The absolute best bit for me is the integrated key carabiner, meaning no more juggling grocery bags while fumbling at the front door.

It's sharp enough for a proper weekend brew, durable enough for the school run!

GOT MILK

I’ve become obsessed with milk. The alchemy of blood turning white in the original transubstantiation. My daughters feasting on my (broken-ish) body.

I have a ‘forceful let-down’, which means spraying people across cafés, and a plentiful supply, which meant that while L was in the NICU, I could also donate extra milk to women who couldn’t produce their own for whatever reason via @heartsmilkbank

I fed my firstborn for a year (CMPA) and loved the intimacy, but it depleted me completely and I went insane. Physical abundance led to endocrine implosion, which led to tears at 2am.

I have developed a huge imagined empathy with dairy cows and wish to only buy from cow-with-calf dairies (@oldhallfarm @wildcowdairy), which I hope can gain a wider market share and start delivering more cheaply to London 🙏🏼

I’m still breastfeeding my youngest, but no longer expressing so much, so I gave all my old single-use NICU milk containers to @paynterjacket for their collaboration with @alldaygoods , melting them into butter-knife handles and selling them to raise money for @blisscharity and the Homerton NICU.

I can’t believe I have an enduring, tangible, beautiful object to commemorate this ephemeral, mystical, amazing and, at times, challenging period.

Thanks Paynter and everyone who has had to listen to me talk about milk for the last three years 🥛

Pohľadnice z Portugalska ☀️🇵🇹

Ešte sa na chvíľu vrátim k našej dvojtýždňovej ceste po Portugalsku. Navštívili sme Porto, Coimbru, Lisabon, Sintru a na pár dní sa zastavili pri mori.

Portugalsko nás prekvapilo specialty kaviarňami na každom kroku, dokonca aj v malej dedinke Luz, kde sme si rovno vysnívali letný domček. 🐚

Aj keď sme nakoniec nevyskúšali surfovanie, spoznali sme rôzne zákutia krajiny, náhodou natrafili na výstavu fotografky Vivian Maier a na polceste sa stretli s kamošmi zo Sevilly na portugalskej pláži.

Mestá sme najradšej spoznávali pešo. V Sintre sme za jeden deň nachodili rekordných 29 000 krokov a v Lisabone stihli zažiť júnové Festas de Lisboa, ktorým žilo celé mesto.

Z tohto výletu si budem pamätať portugalskú melanchóliu, chuť pomarančovej šťavy aj nekonečný vietor na útesoch, pri ktorých si človek uvedomí, aká vie byť príroda krásna a zároveň nespútaná. 🌊
