In this video … Don Garrett, CEO of ‘Resume NOT Required’ Builds on his previous videos about the consequences of business owners NOT being able to find the right people with the skills and experience to fix their business problems, which often leads to hiring consultants for all the wrong reasons … but it’s a lesson to would-be employees … only go after the jobs you can do and want to do … because chances are that once you’re hired and out of your depth, you’ll hate the job and won’t want to be there - REMEMBER Most of the time when you’re job searching, the only qualifications you have are the last job you did - and employers … BE HONEST … what does it really feel like writing that monthly pay check to employees who hate their jobs, always arrive late in the morning or after lunch and leave before time and don’t really have a deep interest in your business - a good way to find out who’s loyal … one employer had a glitch with payroll and paid staff two days late - the most vocal were the ones who hated their jobs and didn’t want to be there - invest in the rest … it’s a real eye opener!! #businessmindset #solicitor #accountant #dongarrett #uk
