After the dust has settled,
It’s time for few words ...
After quite complicated beginning of season with some injuries and delays, I started to feel better and better the last few weeks.
I knew it is not going to be easy to win, the circuit was not ideal to my character as a rider and “on the paper” there were some guys with bigger chance.
I knew I can still win if I play smart with my cards and take advantage on my competitors.
I was feeling strong all day and most of the time everything was under control, I rode aggressive and when the time was right I played my cards and went “all in” in order to go alone to the finish line and that is pretty much what happened. I managed to go alone with 13km to go..
Well... almost alone... towards the final climb to the finish line I noticed something very unexpected, I am about to catch the leader of the women’s category which happens to be my partner the past 8 years 😜
bypass her, quick kiss and continue few more seconds to the finish line.. Feels amazing to be the national champion again. I promise to do my best to represent my country in the best possible way everywhere I go around the world. It feels even more amazing and special to be the national champions at the same time! @omshapi I am proud of you and admire your progress you did and still does.

Also want to say well done to my competitors, @guy_niv83 And @omer_goldy In particular, this time they were my competitors but the rest of the year they are my teammates and friends, you guys did great race! thanks for making me suffer exactly how I like 🤓

Thanks to everyone how were involved in my development throughout the years, for believing in me and for the support from everyone!
