🏞️ Trail Running – B12 Route, Collserola Natural Park
📍Barcelona, Spain 🇪🇸
🗣️ Mantra of the Day: NEVER LOOK BACK

🔥 Some trails are made of rocks, dust, and sunshine.
But the hardest terrain is the one we carry inside:
doubts, fear, past mistakes.

As I powered up this rocky hill, the sun blazing over my shoulder, one thought echoed in my mind:

NEVER. LOOK. BACK.

Not at who you used to be.
Not at the setbacks.
Not at the weight you once carried.

What’s behind you shaped you —
but it doesn’t define you.

Every stride forward is a victory.
Every breath drawn in nature is proof that you’re still in the game.
That you are moving. Progressing.
Becoming.

💥 You don’t need to compare yourself with anyone.
You don’t need to explain your path.
You just need to run it. Fiercely. Unapologetically.

This image isn’t just a runner going uphill…
It’s a symbol.
Of resilience.
Of self-trust.
Of someone who decided that the past belongs to the past.

TODAY’S REMINDER:

Look ahead.
Run free.
And never, ever look back.

📍Collserola Natural Park – Passeig de les Aigües 🌳⛰️

"Aquest volum de fusta creix en 6 hores a Collserola."
"This volume of wood grows in 6 hours in Collserola."
A message carved into a humble bench — and yet, it holds one of the most powerful metaphors I’ve seen on my trail runs.

💬 Sometimes, growth isn't loud. It’s not flashy.
It doesn’t scream.
It happens in silence, in the rhythm of time, in consistency.
Like the wood that grows every 6 hours here in this very forest.

🛤️ Trail running is much the same. Every step you take, every drop of sweat you leave behind on the path, every breath you draw in the solitude of nature — it all adds up. Even when you don’t see it right away…
you’re growing. Stronger. Wiser. More focused.

🌲 Sitting on this bench, I took a moment to breathe deeply, reconnect, and reflect.
Not just about kilometers or pace. But about life.
Where have I grown? Where do I want to grow next?

📸 This photo is more than just a memory —
It’s a reminder:
Growth is a process.
It’s real. It’s happening.
And you’re doing better than you think.

Never underestimate the time it takes to bloom.
Never compare your journey to others’.
Just. Keep. Moving.
