When the venue itself is a whole vibe, it doesn’t take much to make something really beautiful and special there. Case & point: @staythehenson with its cozy nooks, delicate wallpaper and gardens for days. Creating this minimal, but very chic, day for Katherine and Blake here in September was a dream. ✨ 21 years ago, 3 visionaries with a passion for dance- @palakpalooza @chatmina481 @samsneedwanp One night. One stage. Hundreds of dancers. One mission: be the BEST OF THE BEST. 🔥 @bestofthebestdancecomp What started as a vision became a movement. From day one to the final curtain call, their passion for dance never wavered. I witnessed the late-night meetings, the endless hours, the stress, the sacrifices, and the relentless drive to create more than just a competition... they created an experience. 💫 And what an experience it was. I feel incredibly lucky to have played even a small role in something that became part of South Asian dance history. ❤️ BEST OF THE BEST gave us more than trophies and performances. It created lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, and a sense of community for dancers, volunteers, families, friends, and the entire BOB squad @allstartap @general_doshi @jillendra @anujatolia @ndamin84 @syed1013 🙌 Its impact on the South Asian dance world was unlike anything we'd ever seen. Now, 21 years later, a @netflix movie is reigniting that same spark in all of us who lived and breathed dance. And the name of that movie? 🎬 BEST OF THE BEST That's not just a movie. That's a legacy. That's influence. That's culture. That's IMPACT. 🔥❤️ #BestOfTheBest #BOB #SouthAsianDance #DanceLegacy

Watching Best of the Best in the same city where we founded this competition, surrounded by original board members 21 years later, felt like art imitating life. The movie is about dance, but at its core, it’s about friendship, the kind built through years of practices, competitions, shared culture, and memories you don’t realize will stay with you forever. Watching that story unfold on screen, in the city where our Best of the Best began, was something else entirely. 🧡 Heartfelt thanks to @prashanthvenkat, @hasanminhaj, @imlenakhan, and the entire cast for bringing this world to life with so much authenticity. Huge gratitude as well to @desi_dance_network, @ddnlegends, and the entire circuit for carrying the torch forward and keeping this community thriving year after year. What started as a small vision grew into a lasting legacy, one built on culture, community, and lifelong bonds. We are completely blown away and can’t wait for the world to see it! 🎬✨ #BestOfTheBest #BOBDanceComp #BOB

Set against the Tuscan countryside, W+C said “I do” surrounded by an intentionally designed field of flowers. This enchanting floral landscape was envisioned by us and brought to life by our incredible florist @ammi_studio_ . Every detail felt effortless, romantic, and completely them.
