The last 6-months has been like a box of chocolates and it’s been a fun learning curve with racing everything within the budget to get seat time without braking the bank, nor the car, nor our parts, nor injuring ourselves. The former is more important to me right now than winning. RAGE was a solid home run in my book. But it couldn’t have been accomplished without the help of some great people from the folks at CanAm, No Limit Ltd, my son who comes and helps with no benefit as he is studying to try and get into some high level schools for ME or whatever he finds fun, my staff who help grind out parts for the race car while moving buildings and staying ahead of demand, my family for allowing me to chase these passions and to the new people who make all the difference in creating a Bitchen off road sport of great racers/chasers/builders and volunteers. Big thanks to those who work as hard as I do and that goes to Jules who helped me prep and co-dogged, RHIPowder guys, Golden Nugget for mounting my BFGs / their Daughter who helped the VORRA crew, RenoRennsport - Jess for always getting answers (most I don’t like :), Nathan for technology help, Rory 5x5 comms (loaned me his truck after shaking his hand an hour b4), Tareck, Danny, Sergio, Max and Johnathan for getting some sick video and adding to the adventure. But a huge thanks to Kyler, Miguel and Nathan for really showing a “privateer” what it’s like to have pro level support. They met us everywhere and anywhere to test, provide knowledge, taught us and grabbed a borrowed trailer with their sprinter van so we could test. Who does that? BIlstein guys do. Started 18th, tested at night then moved to 11th, made some minor adjustments to the car and finished 4th. Congrats to Kaden and Emma on P2.
