One of my favorite things about the Porsche community isn’t the cars—it’s the people.

Spent the evening at Sundown Society at Chris’s German Auto Service surrounded by everything from classic air-cooled cars to GT cars, great conversations and a lot of familiar faces.

Thank you to Daria Bakai @dash_bakai and the Chris’s German team @chrisgermanautoservice for putting together such a fun event.

Already looking forward to the next one.

USS Tokyo 09/26/2024 with @fvej Many interesting cars and some fair prices - but alas, NO WINS for the cars shown here.

Mainly for information purposes only and don’t have pricing to share for most of these. Here are Japan auction prices for what I was tracking (math time. ¥1,000k = ¥1 million = $7000). Prices are PLUS import.

- 1975 Turbo sold at ¥11,000k
- 1985 Carrera (red) unsold ¥9,000k
- Lancia Deltas Evo (two) sold for ~¥12,000k
- Ford Cortina GT avail ~¥3,000k
- Mini ERA Turbo sold ~¥3,900k
- Mini 1300 40th sold for ¥3,200k
- Ferrari Challenge available for ~$75k
- Toyota Corolla (green / rusty) est. ¥2,000k
- 1997 Mercedes G320 (nice) (let’s talk)
- Nissan Silvia Type S S15 (black) sod for ~¥3,000k
- Land Cruiser BJ44V - est. ¥2,000k

Happy to talk about auctions in-general / Porsche / Ferrari 360. Better yet - check out my website and let’s talk about what I have in-stock and/or ready to ship!!
