Immersion 2026: Three days. One shared vision. Endless possibilities for transformation.

Immersion 2026 brought together passionate school leaders for a three-day residential learning retreat focused on leading school transformation through Project-Based Learning (PBL).

From thought-provoking conversations and collaborative explorations to hands-on learning and meaningful connections, every moment was an opportunity to reimagine learning, challenge conventions, and envision the future of our schools.

We celebrate not just the moments we shared, but the ideas sparked, perspectives transformed, and possibilities set in motion.

Here’s to carrying the learning forward and turning possibilities into practice!

Growth sometimes asks us to honour what brought us here—and still have the courage to leave parts of it behind.

A full timetable.
Colourful projects.
Busy classrooms.
Perfect displays.

And yet the deeper question remains:
What are children actually thinking, understanding and becoming?

Some conversations don’t just inspire you.
They change what you do next.

Our returning faculty Micki Evans is calling school leaders to Immersion 2026 — to question deeper, imagine bigger, and lead the change learning needs.

The future of learning won’t wait. Neither should we.

This Ganpati season, we pause. We reflect. We go deeper.
As we welcome new beginnings, perhaps there is one question worth carrying into our schools:

What are we choosing to place at the centre of learning?

Repost from @schoolcouldbe

Our latest publication in the WSCB Chronicle tackles the importance of being active in one’s community. A concept that seems more important than ever these days. As the world becomes more and more siloed and neighborhoods become more and more divided, the concept of a village and modeling community is essential. A big thank you to Charity Marcella Moran for writing this piece and to @jdeborahklein for editing it.
