Now that we have reached the nine month mark with Eliana, I feel called to pull back to ‘athlete mode’. Many years ago I was a fitness instructor at multiple studios and taught many classes each week. I was always driven to compete against myself to show up every day and get stronger. My ‘why’ looks a little bit different these days, but I am driven to be the strongest and healthiest version of myself for our baby girl and to lead by example.
I am so humbled and amazed by my body and what it has been able to do over that last year and a half. I have so much appreciation for my belly that housed my daughter for 9 months - and while I really notice it at times during the workouts, I am in awe and have so much gratitude for this beautiful body of mine. I am also so grateful to be able to carve out these early mornings to be able to pour back into myself so I can show up for my family. 🫶🏽

Anyway, little Monday morning gratitude to start the week off right.
