🔵 IT’S TIME TO TAKE IT TO THE M.A.X.! 🔵

Members Achieving Excellence in Social Action.

As we look toward the future of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. in the State of Georgia, I invite you to look beyond the activity and focus on the impact. We are already doing EXCELLENT work as a collective. The goal is not to reinvent the wheel, but to build upon our foundation, strengthen our partnerships, and maximize the difference we make in the communities we serve.

I ask for your consideration to serve as your next Director of Social Action for the State of Georgia, 2027–2029.

My vision is simple:

🔹 ENGAGE BROTHERS — Create opportunities for brothers across generations, professions, and chapters to put their talents to work.

🔹 EMPOWER COMMUNITIES — Turn service into sustainable solutions that make a lasting difference.

🔹 ADVOCATE FOR CHANGE — Champion the policies, people, and progress that move our communities forward.

🔹 MAXIMIZE OUR IMPACT — Measure our success not just by the events we host, but by the lives we touch and the change we create.

Through A—ACTIVATE BROTHERS and initiatives like the D.O.V.E. Program (Defending Our Very Existence), we can continue transforming our collective commitment into meaningful action.

This is about more than a position. It’s about purpose, partnership, and progress. It’s about ensuring that our social action efforts remain relevant, measurable, and impactful.

The work is happening. The opportunity is here. Let’s take it to the M.A.X.!

🤝 Brothers, I ask for your support, your ideas, and your partnership as we maximize what’s possible together.

📲 Follow the journey: @antoinneduanejones

JULY… LET’S MAKE IT BIGGER. BETTER. TOGETHER.

As we enter a new month, I’m challenging every Georgia Bigger & Better Business Director to lead with purpose and intentionality.

This month, let’s focus on:
✅ Supporting Black-owned businesses
✅ Promoting entrepreneurship and financial literacy
✅ Building stronger partnerships
✅ Increasing participation in the Black Spend Initiative
✅ Showcasing the incredible work happening across our chapters

A special shout-out to Bro. Stacy Richards, BBB Director of the Kappa Alpha Sigma Chapter, for sharing an outstanding best practice. His chapter uses a Google Form that allows Brothers to quickly document their Black Spend—and he even shows them how to add it to their phone’s home screen for one-tap access.

Success leaves clues. Let’s learn from one another and elevate together.

Remember…
What isn’t documented doesn’t count.

Every meal.
Every haircut.
Every service.
Every Black-owned business you support.

Document it. Report it. Grow the impact.

Let’s make July a month of Entrepreneurship, Growth, and Economic Empowerment as we align with our Southern Region BBB initiatives.

Georgia doesn’t just participate…
Georgia leads.

Let’s finish July STRONG!

Busy. Purposeful. Impactful.

This weekend, I had the privilege of representing Georgia’s Bigger and Better Business Team at two outstanding events that demonstrated our commitment to entrepreneurship, education, and community.

I started the day at the Lambda Sigma Chapter’s Blueprints to Better Business Expo, where entrepreneurs and professionals shared valuable insights on business growth, branding, leadership, and sustainability.

Next, I joined the Xi Chi Sigma Chapter at Nubian Bookstore to support Brothers Joe Freeman and Nathaniel Baker during their Author Book Signing. It was a powerful reminder that supporting Black authors and Black-owned businesses is an investment in our communities and our future.

A special thank you to the Brothers, panelists, volunteers, attendees, and everyone who continues to make Bigger and Better Business thrive across Georgia. Together, we’re building businesses, strengthening our Brotherhood, and creating lasting impact.

Culture for Service. Service for Humanity.
