What I said? We love each other😘🥰😍

After 2 years of working together in different culinary labs, our final lab together is working dinner service at Savor Restaurant. We all agree it was much more fun than any of us expected. For me, feeling our vibe as a team was everything. These last two years were an introduction to the culinary world for me, but these young chefs have been in the kitchen for years thanks to the BOCES program. They are now heading towards their destinies of wild success and deep fulfillment. I am grateful to them for being the absolute best part of my experience in culinary school. As a homeschooler turned unschooler, I believe it doesn't matter what you're teaching. As long as the transmission is with love, you will find success at the end of the journey. For me, they are the love.
