A huge thank you to @cheekies_sg for sponsoring me as one of your athletes and keeping my meals sorted throughout my prep! 🤝🔥

With insane macros and how convenient it is, Cheekies has made my day-to-day meals so much easier.

Whether you’re a working adult struggling to find time to meal prep or an athlete deep into prep with barely any energy left, this is honestly such a game changer.

No cooking hassle, no oil needed. Just pop it into the air fryer at 200°C for 5 minutes, and you’re good to go! 💪

As both a coach and an athlete, I know how challenging it can be to balance training, nutrition, work and everyday commitments. Having something this convenient makes staying consistent with your nutrition so much easier.

At the end of the day, consistency is key, and finding ways to make the process more sustainable is what matters.

Really grateful to have Cheekies supporting me as a sponsored athlete and making this journey that much easier! 🙌

Looking to take your physique to the next level? DM me for 1-to-1 coaching! 💪 @coachbyfred

🥈 NPC Regional — 2nd Place
🏅 NPC Pro Qualifier — 4th Place

From the @fif__international Mortal Battle in December 2025, to becoming @dream_aesthetic_events Aesthetic KL 2026 Men's Physique Overall Champion, winning your @pca_malaysia Pro Card, and now competing at @ifbbproleague_malaysia NPC every achievement reflects your dedication and sacrifice.

People see the stage, but I see EVERYTHING behind it. The 5 AM mornings, sometimes sleeping at 1 AM, training clients from 9 AM to 9 PM, Monday to Friday, your own training, cardio, strict dieting and counting every calorie, even during cheat meals. Between our kids, school runs, cooking, building managing athletes, ambassadors and business @rawelite_official , you carry so much. Even while I was hospitalised, you never stopped. ❤️

I saw the looks backstage and onstage. I noticed who supported you and who stayed silent. I was there, shouting your number and cheering with all my heart.

I DON'T GIVE A DAMN WHO SUPPORTS YOU, WHO DOESN'T, OR WHO TALKS BEHIND YOUR BACK. We came to compete, not seek anyone's approval!

I've witnessed your fight since 2015. Whether you win or lose, your worth is never determined by one placing. We respect the judges' decisions, learn, improve and come back stronger.

2026 IS NOT OVER. WE ARE NOT DONE YET! 🔥

I'm proud of you as an athlete, husband, father and business partner. Your journey is bigger than one stage, your potential is bigger than one result, and your story is far from over.

I BELIEVE IN YOU. I HAVE SINCE 2015, AND I STILL DO.

Your wife, your biggest supporter, your forever teammate. ❤️👑♾️

The first-ever PCA Malaysian Championships was a significant milestone for us, but our journey does not end here. This is only the beginning.

A DEBUT I’LL NEVER FORGET 🥇

Still feels unreal that my first bodybuilding competition ended like this.

When I first stepped into the gym back in November 2022, almost 4 years ago, I never imagined that one day I’d be stepping onto a bodybuilding stage, let alone walking away as a champion as a first timer.🏆

Before I joined the gym, I was always the small guy, getting judged because of my size. Honestly, there were times I doubted myself and wondered if I could really pull this off. There were doubts from others too, but instead of letting them define me, I chose to focus on what I could control and kept working on myself.

Big thanks to @mutantkidd and @james.phua for constantly reminding me what I’m capable of, especially on the days I struggled to believe in myself.

Looking back, this journey has taught me so much more than just building a physique. It taught me discipline, patience, sacrifice, and most importantly, to stay humble no matter how far I go. I’m proud to have proven myself and the doubters wrong, but I’m even more grateful for the person I’ve become along the way.

From being the small guy who never imagined stepping on stage to becoming a champion at my very first show. This means more to me than words can explain.

Stay hungry, this is only the beginning! 🤍
