To every father, father figure, mentor, and guardian, thank you for the sacrifices made behind the scenes, the wisdom shared through experience, and the values passed on to the next generation.

You lead with resilience, nurture with compassion, and inspire with your actions every day.

We celebrate and appreciate all fathers for the impact they make in their families, workplaces, and communities.

Happy Father’s Day.

Democracy reminds us that progress is a shared responsibility. It is strengthened by active participation, inclusive leadership, accountability, and a collective commitment to building a better future for all.

As we reflect on our democratic journey, let us continue to champion the values that unite us, inspire positive change, and drive sustainable national development.

Together, we move Nigeria forward.

Happy Democracy Day.

Today, we celebrate more than the planet we live on; we celebrate our shared responsibility to protect it.

A sustainable future is not built by a few big actions but by millions of conscious decisions made every day. From reducing waste and conserving resources to embracing sustainable practices, each step brings us closer to a healthier planet and stronger communities.

This World Environment Day, let us move beyond awareness and commit to action.

Happy Children’s Day! 🎉

Today we celebrate the children who carry the future — including the futures of every organisation, community, and nation we are working to build.

May they grow up in a Nigeria that is more capable, more equitable, and more ready for them than the one we inherited.

Day 3 marked the close of our IWD leadership training, with a lot of practical learning, honest conversations, and shared experiences across the room.

We were pleased to have Olayimika Phillips join us as a guest speaker. As Partner in charge of the Enterprise Practice Group at @olaniwunajayi,’ Mo she shared thoughtful insights on leadership, governance, and navigating corporate and regulatory realities.

It’s been a strong three days, and we’re glad we could bring together women from different organisations to learn, connect, and take something useful back to their teams.

Day 1 of our International Women’s Day leadership training brought together 12 women across four organisations for a powerful learning experience focused on women in leadership.

Due to the incredible response and quality of entries, we expanded this initiative to include one more organisation, reinforcing our commitment to creating access and driving meaningful capacity building.

We were proud to host participants from Zenith Bank, Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency, Kwasee Styling Company, and CreditRegistry.

This is what “Give to Gain” looks like in action, investing in women, strengthening organisations, and building leadership capacity that lasts.

We spend a lot of time and energy raising strong daughters, but nowhere near as much focus responsible sons.

Many of the challenges we see in homes today can be traced back to how boys are raised, the values they absorb, and the behaviours they normalise.

Marriage, family, and society itself depend on men who understand respect, responsibility, and partnership.

We have to teach our boys to ask themselves:

"If this were your sister or your daughter, would you accept that behaviour?"

We cannot build strong homes without raising better men.
