We’re back at it! If your child needs to improve their ball handling skills, Hickstraining is the place for them. We’re not just dribbling around to look good, we’re actually building habits one rep at a time. Check out the new promo offer! Let’s work!

Houston 🗣️🏀

At Hickstraining, we focus on the things that translate to the game. SKILL, CONFIDENCE, BASKETBALL IQ, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING.

We’re building more than better players. We’re building athletes who are prepared, confident and willing to put in the work. Your athlete doesn’t need another workout… they need the RIGHT development. 🏀🔥

🏀 DAY 1 — @da_realaau 🏀

Follow @cjandcalebgreen

Today was actually pretty cool for me because I got to just be DAD instead of Coach. 💚

I was able to sit back and watch the Green Twins compete against some talented hoopers from across the city and surrounding areas.

Day 1 was all about testing the work:
⚡ Skill Training
🏀 Obstacle Course
🚀 Vertical Testing
💨 Speed Testing

Proud of how the twins competed! They definitely left their mark and made an impression. 💪🏾🔥

Big shoutout to all the coaches who embraced them, coached them up, and took the time to help them walk away better than they came. That’s what it’s all about! 🙏🏾

🎥 Check out the twins and show them some love in the comments! ⬇️💚

DAY 1 ✅

Day 2 is coming next… 👀🔥
1-on-1 • 2-on-2 • 3-on-3 • 5-on-5

Now it’s time to HOOP! 🏀😤
