Alex's solo from Far Cry, really happy I saw this

Alex's solo from The Pass, one of Neil's favorite songs he wrote and one of his favorites to play live

Alex's solo (there seems to be a pattern here) and Geddy's "sub-solo" from Freewill

Getting into the groove in La Villa Strangiato

An epic portion in La Villa

Something I am so grateful I got to see live, The Trees. I'll never forget playing this for my recital a few months ago

One of my favorite songs right now, The Anarchist! This was awesome

Had to record this again, from 2112. Overture into Temples of Syrinx. I was so close that I could feel the heat from the pyro

More from 2112. Discovery into Presentation

Alex's solo from Presentation

The very ending of 2112: Finale. The lights were so cool on this one

This video of Red Barchetta is awesome with that screen

Anika's awesome drum fill going into the second half of The Camera Eye

Witch Hunt. Such an amazingly epic song, and that guitar Alex is playing is so cool

The guys coming back on stage for the encore, Finding My Way

Alex goofing around. He was pretending to play the keys right before I started the video

Geddy going crazy on bass during Alex's solo in Working Man, the last song of the night

Still not totally sure how it all happened, but I found myself at the last Rush show in Fort Worth last night. I sat dead center, 22 rows from the front. What an experience. They did a surprise setlist, they played the entirety of 2112 as well as all of Moving Pictures. Definitely a historic night for Rush. Afterwards, I went back to see Howard Ungerleider again and we had such a cool conversation. He invited me up to his podium and we sat down and talked for several minutes. He's a very cool and funny person.
I'm so grateful that I got to have this multi-night experience with my favorite band of all time. Hearing those songs that have practically been the soundtrack of my life was just so surreal. Still not convinced it wasn't all a dream.

Congrats to @rush for going back on tour! And welcome @anika.nilles who will be stepping into the roll of the irreplaceable Neil Peart. There will also be additional musicians to their lineup! Man, I’d love to hear some obscure songs like this one on their set. @thereallerxst @geddyimages #rush #neilpeart #anikanilles #geddylee #alexlifeson #superconductor #theappdrummer #drumming #drummer #drums #instadrummer #drum #drumsticks #drumfill #drumkit #drumcover #drumeo #drummers #drummersofinstagram #drummers
