Just out here on a casual Saturday racking up run medals 🏅.

So proud of my baby, Fola for another PR!! Way to go Champ 👏🏾🫂🎉.

As of last night, due to personal reason, I chose not to run this race. The plan was to just walk it for 5K instead. Spend my money somehow. But this morning, my girl said “well instead of walking, just run with me and pace me!” That sounded much better to my ears! And honestly was much fulfilling 🫂. And so we did!

So proud of my girl, PeeJae for an awesome PR!! You put in that work. The videos here definitely shows that. From your first 10K in July to now, you did awesome! It truly was an honor witnessing your GRIT and GROWTH! You did that 👏🏾👏🏾.

And my girl Ashley!!! First 10k!!!! You did that boo. So proud of you ❤️🫂

This season of life has me craving deeper connection, intentional spaces, and people who pour into others genuinely ✨

@faith_inbalance invited me to an event and gave me almost zero details 😂 Every time I asked what I could bring, she dodged the question. The only instructions she gave us were to wear pink or purple, so I trusted the process and RSVP’d immediately.

I really wanted to show up for her because she has truly shown up for me during one of the most transformative seasons of my life 🤍

The moment I walked in, I could feel the love and intention behind everything. The setup was beautiful, the energy felt safe and warm, and every detail was thoughtfully done. We shared food, created flower arrangements, painted, laughed, and had conversations that actually meant something motherhood, healing, growth, relationships, purpose, and life.

One thing I admire so much about Faith is that she’s not afraid of depth. In a world full of surface level interactions, she creates spaces where women can just be real. No masks, no pretending, just authenticity and connection.

I left feeling inspired, grounded, and grateful. I met some incredible women, connected more with my HYROX girlies, and was reminded how important community is 💕

Thank you for creating such a beautiful experience, friend. These are the kinds of moments that fill my soul.

God has a way of reminding us that when the timing is right, things can feel easy, aligned, and effortless. ✨

Putting together Blooming in Motherhood felt just like that. It came together so naturally because I knew the kind of women I was inviting into my home. Women who have poured into me, encouraged me, prayed for me, and inspired me. Some have watched me grow into the mother I am today, some I’ve met along this motherhood journey, and some are just beginning theirs.

Knowing the amount of wisdom, love, vulnerability, and genuine support that would fill that room made curating this experience easy. 💐

We laughed, reflected, created, and celebrated ourselves—not for perfection, but for simply showing up every single day as women and mothers.

My hope is that every woman left feeling seen, heard, appreciated, and reminded that she is still blooming in every season of motherhood. 🌸✨
