Most delicious, healthy pancake recipe:

1/3 c rolled oats (whole grain full of soluble fiber)
1/3 c low fat cottage cheese (light dairy packed with protein)
2 eggs (an exceptionally nutrient-dense food)

Heat up a large sauté pan on medium low while you…
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Once the pan is hot, pour blender batter into the pan in several small circles.
After a few minutes, when the pancakes start to bubble, use a spatula to flip them over.
After about a minute, remove from them from the heat.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Top the cooked pancakes with nut butter, honey (we love @peacebeewellness), and berries (we love @harrysberries).

This is easily our favorite breakfast at my house. It does double duty—it feels indulgent while secretly filling us full of nutrition. An excellent way to start the day!

My first @peacebeewellness High Tea Party was everything that I imagined and more! Huge shoutout to @bubblypicnicco for being my co-captain throughout the whole process and helping bring it all to life! 🫧
Truly so grateful for how beautifully it all came together… from the energy to the experience, it meant so much to create something this intentional for the girlies💛

This is only the beginning, and I can’t wait to keep growing, expanding, and sharing these moments with even more of you soon! 🌿

Our Bubbly-Bee High Tea Social was everything we envisioned and more! ☁️🐝🫧🫖

from the dreamy tablescape brought to life by @bubblypicnicco to the intentional tea experience by @peacebeewellness, every detail felt soft, slow, and so beautifully curated.

our loose leaf blends were served both iced and hot, and getting to guide everyone through a hands on mocktail making moment with herbs + tea was such a highlight 🌿

there’s something so special about gathering like this… pouring into each other, learning something new, and creating space to just be.

thank you to every lovely soul who joined us, you made the day what it was 💛

until we sip again… ✨
