GORGEOUS Autumn sunshine for our October B-RUN-CH club this morning. ☀️🍁🍂☀️👟🌳

We meet on the first Sunday of every month for a 30 min run (or run-walk) at #tudorgrangepark then a post-run social hosted by @btpsolihull with 10% off the entire menu 🫖☕🥑🧇

Recently we've been joined by @sips_and_strides "netwalking" group who meet every Sunday for park yoga and a walk. The exercise is all free baby, we do it to connect and build community. It's family friendly so bring the kiddos 🫶 and we don't mind well trained doggos either 🐾

Another great meet up with the @peachyinthepark monthly run club in Tudor Grange Park this morning!

On the 1st Sunday of every month, Sips & Strides switch things up a little and head to Tudor Grange Park, Solihull instead of Malvern.

The fantastic Nataša from @yoga_for_runner leads our usual warm up stretch, then we join @peachyinthepark for family-friendly walking & running options lead by the fabulous Jem @the_peachy_pt.

Topped off with a coffee and free 🍰 @btpsolihull 👌

Always such a fun Sunday morning! 💚

Eclipse yoga in the park with @kryssi_fit and 5 pairs of Eclipse glasses shared between us all👌😆
Thankful for this once in a lifetime outdoor yoga practice in our local park. It was full of people enjoying a summers night as a community watching the #eclipse26

Powerful stuff!

We've linked with @peachyinthepark!

🗓️ On 1st Sunday of every month (so this Sunday (1st Mar))…

🗺️ Walking route: TUDOR GRANGE PARK so that anyone who wishes can:

🏃 Join a super friendly, no-pressure running group that welcomes children, + walk / run options from 09:45

Or

🚶‍➡️ Keep walking until 10 - 10:30ish

If you’re *even a little bit* into health / wellness / fitness / personal development / plotting side quests - YOU'VE MET YOUR TRIBE!

Come as you are. Bed hair - we don’t care! Muddy coats, scruffy shoes, uncaffinated brains warmly welcomed (as are 4 legged friends 🐕!)
