The dysfunctionality of this picture is a crystal clear representation of this fabulous group of people I have come to call my guard family. Even though we have done more falling than rising, we all have to remember that it is still possible to always stand up. 💞

After all the hard work and effort put into this season. I'm proud to say that we made it. Even though 9 of us swam our last high meet, our last relays together, we fought to the end, and we didn't lose. We didn't lose cause in our hearts we won, and I couldn't ask for a better team or a better coach. I love each and every one of you so much, you guys will always be my second family.

Senior year swim season is over, many tears were shed. I'm so proud to call myself the clawson captain of this team. This group of girls are my family and I love them all dearly.

I know it seems like I've said this many times, but I am so blessed to be apart of the lamphere/clawson swim team the last 3 years. I am going to miss the seniors ( @megan_kepler and @ohnatona ) you amazing girls have made my swimming experience with this team amazing and I'm going to charish every moment and year I have spent with you guys. The last 3 years have been the best. I hate when the end of season comes around because you say goodbye until next season because you don't hang out as a team anymore. And the seniors you have grown close with leave your team with amazing memories. I love you guys so much. And thank you @emilie_gu for swimming with us this year. I hope you think about us when you go back to Japan! We love you Emilie!❤❤ #swimfam
