9 gyms - 12 seminars - over 250 people on the mats

This was my way down the coast, I met so many new people, shared Jiu-Jitsu, learned from every gym, and hopefully I could leave a little something behind at each stop.

Next week, I start heading north.

My goal is simple: if I can help everyone who comes to one of my seminars get 1% better, then this whole trip is worth it.

Thank you to every gym, coach, and person who opened their doors and stepped on the mats with me.

See you at the next one.

Some moments are bigger than the result.

They represent the work, the sacrifice, the setbacks, and the courage to keep showing up when the journey gets hard.

The fight people see.
The sacrifice they don’t.
The moment that makes it all worth it. 🥋

Keep going. The journey is worth it. ❤️

We had our first Team Camping Trip to Sawtell and it was a great weekend away. Training, nature, fishing & surfing.

Building a community of like minded people who enjoy spending time together.

New friendships and connections on and off the mats. The kids in our team are finding true friends who support their journey.

Thank you to Peak BJJ for hosting us. Everyone had a lot of fun in the kids class & adults open mat.

This is what we are creating at Evolve BJJ. Grateful for this team.
