“Today, fencing posts were delivered to the Highlands to support those affected by the fires, helping families begin restoring fences and securing their livestock.
Yarra Valley Garden Supplies would like to sincerely thank everyone who assisted with transport and supplies. A special thank you to Yarra Glen Bakehouse, who went well above and beyond — not only supporting today’s effort, but for continually supplying so many local towns with fresh bread and cakes for the community. 🍞
It was truly great to see everyone come together to support those who need it most.” #yea #highlands #alexandra #cfa #aussiehayrunners 🙏

🔥 Community Support for Local Farmers

We would like to let the community know that we are currently seeking volunteers who may be able to assist with transport to help support farmers affected by the recent fires.

Myself, Peak Project Group, and Yarra Valley Hire are donating pine posts to farmers who need to repair and rebuild damaged fencing. We are now looking for help with transporting these materials to where they are needed most.

If you or someone you know can assist, please get in touch. And for anyone reading this, please share this post — the more support we can gather, the better.

Thank you to everyone who continues to stand behind our local farming community. 🤝🌾
