Release, Renew, and Find Balance with the Changing Seasons

This yin yoga class invites you to slow down, turn inward, and align with the Metal element, the element associated with Fall—a force of clarity, resilience, and transformation. As the season shifts, we’ll explore how to let go with courage and receive with gratitude, finding balance in the natural rhythm of life.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Metal element governs the Lung and Large Intestine meridians, pathways that teach us about release, boundaries, and renewal. The Lungs, associated with breath and inspiration, remind us to let go of what no longer serves us—whether old emotions, habits, or stagnant energy—so we can make space for fresh perspectives and new beginnings. The Large Intestine, linked to letting go on a physical level, encourages us to release what we no longer need, both in body and mind.

What to expect:
• Mindful breathing to nourish the Lungs and calm the spirit.
• Supported yin poses held for 3–5 minutes, targeting the Lung and Large Intestine meridians to release tension and stagnation.
• Guided reflection to honor the wisdom of letting go and welcoming transformation.
• A nurturing environment to reconnect with your inner strength and the present moment.

Perfect for all levels, this class is a gentle invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace the changing seasons with grace and openness. 🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂

On an island chain, we found likeminded individuals from across the entire Keys. It’s easy to feel like you’re alone in your ambitions, and desire to create your own freedom…

Thanks to everyone who swung by, the more we can get in the same room, the further we can go.

Let’s do this again sometime soon🤝 @thekidslikeus & @peakpulseflkeys
