Happy 250th birthday America! 🇺🇸 I love my home, this country, god and my family. Stayed close to home today. Didn’t want to get in a car so we chose to take the family on the lake to the sandbar. It was perfect.

What an awesome three day swim meet weekend. The team did great and my boys managed to tough it out in the 1000 yrd freestyle as their last event. Way to go Pohaku, Peanut, and everyone on team @cat5aquatics

Today was filled with Limestone Caves and Castles

Beautiful mountains, lakes, trails, farmland all through the German Alps. We were in Oberstdorf which started off rain and cold then ended up being sunshine and heat. We mini golfed, hiked, swam in lakes, and ate all the gelato we could.
