I cannot even begin to tell y’all how much of a blessing it was to serve at DryCreek Baptist Camp. I never would have thought to find my dream Job so close to home. This summer and year has been the absolute best I’ve ever had in my life Just because of the people God put me with. From being dead tired from nailing kids in the face with dodgeballs to having so much energy to Praise God throughout the day and especially during afternoon Worship service, DryCreek has taught me more in a year than any school could about what life is actually for. Spreading Gods word and the Love that Jesus has for us is so much better than earning money. Serving at a camp ministry is really something special and I wish everyone could experience that. My God that I serve is alive amazing. These 6 things are of the upmost importance in my life now because of what Jesus has done for me and taught me - Prayer, bible intake, silence, service, stewardship, and evangelism. Please take God seriously. It will in fact change your life. Thank you Jesus for putting me in DryCreek in March of 2025. I love all of you all, especially the ones I just spent my summer with. Staff 2026 you will be missed❤️✝️🏕️

A week ago, I walked into CLI with a lot of nervous and uncertainty. If i’m being honest, I wasn’t sure if youth ministry was where the Lord was calling me. I questioned if i had what it took, if i was meant for it, or if I could really make a differences. Then CLI 2026 happened. Watching the campers step into leadership roles, overcome fears and say “yes” to our Lord completely changed my mindset. Their faith, joy and willingness to serve reminded me why this ministry matters so much to me. Somewhere in the middle of pouring into them, the Lord was working quietly on my own heart. He took away all my doubts and replaced them with peace. He remained me that sometimes He doesn’t call the qualified… He qualifies the called. I left CLI with more than memories. I left with a deeper trust in God plan for me. I am beyond humbled and honored to have been given a beautiful opportunity next summer. It is an opportunity I will not take lightly. I can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for me next summer. Thank you to every leader, priest, seminarian, staff, volunteers and camper that made this week so special. Thank y’all for reminding me what it looks like to lead with humility, love, and trust in God’s timing. Please keep our team and campers in your prayers. I’m so excited to see how the Holy Spirit continues to move through this ministry. 🤍

I might not have had the season I wanted but I found the best track family ever! I’m so thankful for the gift God has given me and I can’t wait to see what’s to come! FORK EM!!
