AURORA & CHICAGOLAND, I’M COMING HOME! ❤️

I’m so excited to share that GDC Batch 57 will be a featured vendor at the 5th Annual Love on the Lawn in Elgin!

For those who knew me back when I owned my salon in Aurora, you know hair care has ALWAYS been part of who I am. Healthy hair, growing hair, restoring hair… that work didn’t just disappear when I left Illinois. It grew with me.

Now I’m bringing GDC Batch 57 HOME.

Come see me September 5th at Festival Park in Elgin. Let’s hug, laugh, listen to some great music and let me introduce you to what I’ve been building.

🚨 Long post alert 🚨

After 6 sold out shows of Suffering in Silence, the words 'Thank you' don’t seem adequate, but here goes.

Thank You Lord for granting me the permission and preparation to step out on faith onto a stage in an acting role! Something I never imagined, but am eternally grateful for! If I had 10,000 tongues, I could not thank You enough! You are great and greatly to be praised! Awesome God! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾😭😭😭

Nastasha, I have said it before, but I'll say it again, thank you for taking a chance on me to bring your vision to life! Suffering in Silence is such an amazing and impactful story, that consistently left audiences in tears! You gave me an opportunity to share my gifts and talents, but more than that, you invited me into your circle!🥲🥰 I do not take that for granted, and appreciate you more than you know!!! The favor of the Lord is upon you!!! 😘

To the entire cast of Suffering in Silence; Char, Pearl, Tammy, Tyisha, Marie, Patrice, Shirley, Jayln, Rodney, Brandon, Tim, King, AJ, Amar, EvoniRay, Helena, Karris, and Belinda, I love you all, and was tremendously blessed to learn from and work with each of you!! 🥰🥲😘 To Patrick, and all of the musicians, you are all phenomenal!!!🎶🎶

To everyone who came to see a show, shared a post, and supported me in any way along this journey, all I can say is thank you! 😭😭❤️❤️
My heart is overflowing with a good thing!

GOD GET THE GLORY!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

I am deeming this as the BEST thanksgiving EVER!!! Spending time with my sisters made me realize how much I truly miss them and the bond…. It wasn’t broken but distance and life got in the way … not only did I get much needed bonding time with them but I got to meet my sister for the first time!!! She found us after 52 years (shout out to ancestry DNA) and it was like time was never lost…. I truly enjoyed my time with my family… yes @pearlnewson I still wanna live here now 🤣 (inside joke only us sisters are privy to 🤣🤣) #sisterlove #bloodsisters #harrysgirls #themagnificent7 #family #love #fypage
