February: ALL DRESSED DOWN

February was pretty rainy, but sprinkled with some nuggets of joy! ☀️

🪩 Tess went home to Essex and sampled at the Blue Egg, Farm Shop in Great Bardfield with none other than her mum, Debs!

🪩 Keep your eyes peeled for an All Dressed Up feature in the next issue of the Waitrose paper 💚

🪩 Finally, we had some SUNSHINE! Enjoyed with the @wildthingz.co girls on an amazing day at @innocent fruit towers 🍊🍓

🪩 We launched on Glassette 🛒

🪩 We had an incredible morning at the @buywomenbuilt takeover in @wholefoodsuk celebrating so many amazing female founders 🩷.

🪩 We made our bottles… mini 🥹. Keep your eyes peel for something new too…

🪩 Even more of you have been loving the dressings 🥬

🪩 Tess’ mum was so inspired by our crispy potato salad, she decided to make it herself 🥗

Fun fact: our Everyday House dressing is her original recipe!

🪩 As always, we did lots of cooking in the All Dressed Up kitchen, despite the weather 🫢❄️

See you next month!

Some things from January that I still think about occasionally ft. Robin’s ludicrously luxe and delicious lobster ramen, the best tiramisu you’ll find inside the M25, donning gloves and a bib for my first Fiesta de la Calçotada - and that time I boiled a perfectly jammy egg without using a timer 🥚🦞🍸

@peckish_kitchen shows how Gressingham Duck is the go-to choice for making a dinner that’s special, for both its quality and taste 💛

This pan roasted duck with creamy butter beans looks incredible and we’ve certainly been left feeling hungry after seeing this 🍴

Introducing your hosts for the evening, Rosti, Peckish and D.D. Goose - a tried and tested, if not haphazard combination guaranteed to get a floor moving and see you through till the lights turn on. The boys have been honing their skills this week with setlists fit to mark 4/4 sold out GobbleFunk instalments - tomorrow can’t come quick enough.

Congratulations to @_archie_peck on completing your first ever marathon.

Archie came to see us weeks before his marathon, having been troubled by knee pains for 3 months which affected his trianing and potentially pulling himself out of the marathon.

Through #physiotherapy , progressive loading exercises and guidance on scaling the runs we managed to settle the knee pain to allow him to run and complete the marathon.

Congrats again on the achievement!

Hard work pays off!

Wild Garlic, Mushroom & Ricotta Ravioli - a labour of love and a LOT of rolling that’s best served drowned in a lemony sage butter. Recipe inspired by @peckish_kitchen’s tortellini, tekkers by the infamous @fedbygeorge, accompanying martini non-negotiable 🍝 🌱 🍋
