Oh my gourd, I’m completely book-obsessed this fall.

Raking in the good reads and leafing all my responsibilities behind today. If you need me, I’ll be sitting in the patch with a 5-star book until they kick me out. Zero regrets.

🎃🍂🧡📚🎃🍂🧡📚🎃🍂🧡📚🎃🍂🧡📚

I truly Love when Pumpkin dominates the scene! 🎃When pumpkin is out, I wanna consume as much as I can take! As long as fall as here, my consumption will be primarily on cozy books. 🧡
I can’t tell you how fast I gathered up all these reads. Now I need to actually read them! lol!
Let’s see how many I can secure 5 🌟

“Into the Unknown” from Over the Garden Wall - Happy Frogtober -
He came when all the world was tired
Of being beautiful for free
With pockets full of fallen fire
And secrets borrowed from the sea

He never asked her to be young
Nor cursed the years upon her face
He loved the songs she’d left unsung
The quiet architecture of her grace

He dressed the trees in borrowed gold
As though the earth deserved a crown
And held her when the nights grew cold
While all the heavens wandered down

For love is not the will to stay
But how we hold what fades away
And still, he lingered past the light
Where fields lay naked, soft, and still
He laid his coat across the night
And warmed the shadows on the hill

He knew the cruelest truth of time
That everything we love must change
That even sorrow has its rhyme
And tenderness must learn to arrange

So when the last red leaf was gone
He did not beg the trees to bloom
He kissed the frost upon the lawn
And left his fragrance in her room

And somewhere underneath the snow
Where sleeping roots remember rain
She kept the warmth of letting go
And knew that love would come again

For he had loved her as one should
Not for the blossoms she could give
But for the beauty of the wood
That must grow bare in order to live #overthegardenwall #overthegardenwallfanart #intotheunknown #kermit #puppet

Wow. I'm in AWE.
For those of you who may be wanting to add some dark academia book marks to your collection, find more artistic stickers for your kindle, coloring pages for your book journals or even just purchase art made by an actual human for your curated gothic gallery walls, THIS IS THE SNAIL MAIL CLUB FOR YOU!!!!
This is @peculiarcoffin 's first ever snail mail club edition and frankly, this artwork will soon work it's way through my entire home because of this mail club. 🍂
It's dark, eerie, and beautifully spooky.
Everything this vampire could ever want...

This weekend’s theme was ✨shop local✨!
On Saturday, we visited a kpop popup and got some fun merch and prizes. Thank you @texaspopups for hosting! Later, we went to a Studio Ghibli inspired market hosted by @chifladaandco.crafts

And then on Sunday, I got to meet @chapterhousebakerynbooks, @bookishlydivine, @messybunauthor and @inkanember! Lots of spoils.

Spooky season is coming soon and I finally finished my shadow box for this adorable addition to my ghost wall—needle felted ghost by @inkie_pocious 🤍🤍🤍🤍
Added to the ghost wall with prints from @peculiarcoffin , and if you look close, you might see some cute little spooks by @bittersqueaks and @showpigeon (Pidgeon Bat who really needs to be on the bat cat wall as soon as I build a new shelf…), tiny cat ghost and Dino ghost from @willowworksstudio , hard to see baby crow from @mountroyalmint and a tiny sprite from @wubsys , plush witch ghost by @defectivepudding , black spooky axolotl from @lapkas_art
I hope I mentioned everyone who is on the ghost wall—I need to reorganize a bit but I’m trying to be really patient with myself right now and stay positive about what I can get done 🖤🖤🖤 despite the itch to reorganize I really love this wall and I’m so happy this ghostling is finally up! 🤍🖤🤍🩶🖤
