I seem to always speak too soon 🤣 one minute I’m not that tired, the next… I’m back tired again! I think it’s about to be the time to start getting a little more coffee in me in the mornings! Daddy sent cru off to school this morning for the first time without me & I was just soooo 🥺🥺🥺.

That’s one thing about having a kiddo with autism… EXTREMELY PICKY! Most times he likes bland foods but love his snacks! I try to still throw in nutritional things while also allowing some of his safe foods! We’re not perfect but we’re still learning! Another packed lunch complete! ❤️

Packing Cru Boo’s lunch has been so much fun! He’s such a picky eater, it’s no way I could allow him at school without some of his favorite things that he likes that are also nutritious as well! 🫶🏽 We love @solelyfruit for his fav fruit snacks and rolls & @pediasure has always been a staple in our household! ❤️

“Last year, a day in August, my sweet baby girl walked into her first day of school. Now a little over a year later, my precious Skylar graduates from Toddler School.

Another milestone to add to my daughter’s amazing journey through life and another beautiful memory for me to cherish. I know this is just one of many as we’ve only just begun.

Providing a nutrient-dense, balanced diet for 40 growing children in Haiti can be incredibly challenging. And truthfully, there have been seasons when providing everything our children needed wasn’t always easy.

But time and time again, God provides—often through so many of you. 🙏 Thanks to everyone who shopped our Amazon wishlist, we now have a month’s supply of daily vitamins for all of our children!

We’ve also been purchasing eggs regularly to add an extra source of protein to their diet. 🥚 Even our electric egg cookers were gifts from the wishlist, and they have quickly become one of our favorite additions. In just 12 minutes, we can have 28 hard-boiled eggs ready to go! The kids have been loving their new bedtime snack, and we love knowing we’re adding a little more protein and nutrition to their day.

These may seem like simple things—an egg, a daily vitamin—but when multiplied across 40 growing children, they make a meaningful difference. We are so grateful for the many hands God continues to use to help us care for them, and we look forward to watching their bodies grow stronger and flourish. 🩵
