Black Mirrors (Support for Alice Cooper)
02.07.2024
Junge Garde Open Air, Dresden
🧇 🇧🇪 🍟

@blackmirrorsmusic from Belgium open Alice Cooper’s open air concert with their mixture of hard and blues rock. Overall, the performance comes across as very serious and at times unspectacular. However, this is by no means to be understood as a lack of energy, rather the earthy and straightforward rock of the quartet is so solid that the audience feels immediately picked up. At the same time, the Belgians‘ music is without frills or experiments, so that you can actually sit back and relax with a beer and enjoy the show. Front woman @marcelladitroia expresses herself a little too often in expressive dance for my taste. But then she screams powerfully again, shrieks passionately, but also shows her vocal talent time and again. 🎶 🤘🏼 🎸
