What happens when we make eye contact with a threat? Do we have to engage, retreat, or “panic”? Find out more.

Also, if you are looking for awesome material to help you analyze and understand threats better, you really need to check out @escapethewolf and @thereadyroom.network .

⚡️Program breakdown ⚡️

I ran a conjugate style program for the last 12 weeks, so I could get more of an accurate weight to rep ratio when I run a normal strength block!
➖
Supplemental lifts is something that is key to build your deadlift and all main lifts.

First video - Block pulls 2x3@85% of 500LBS
Second video - Dead’s 3x5@65-70% of 525LBS
Third video - Single arm close grip row 13,7,7: drop half weight to failure!

➖
Instead of playing the guessing game. I hit max effort singles, so I can use the correct % to actually gain some traction on building those supplemental exercises.
➖
In order to take steps forward with training at times you have to take steps back before you can even get started to build strength! Now that I have these supplemental max singles set! I can speed up this strength block!
➖
Be patient and stick to the program! 👊🏻
