POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Let’s start with the pictures first one is this morning’s workout, next too are my roller coaster of ups and downs with weight. Last one is day one in march of last year and just this morning. Why am I posting this and why am I sharing this with everyone because maybe someone out there needs encouragement. Listen I’ve been fighting myself lately because I’ve gotten too comfortable and felt like I was slacking, not a big deal but it was concerning to me because I’ve been there before. So with that said I went back to the drawing board and changed up my mind set and looking through different eyes. I’m refocusing on me and my training, and diet and just focusing more. So with that said I hope this helps someone and gives them some motivation and encouragement, keep pushing forward always guys and have a great week. #triathlontraining #weightloss #weightlossjourney #weightlossmotivation #weightlossmotivation #nike #nikerunning #fitnessjourney #fitness #encouragement #kewlioofitness #letsgo #fitbit #garmin #runningmotivation #liftheavy

So I realized that I’ve probably not shared my whole story or journey to this point. My WEIGHT-LOSS seems like it’s been a lifetime struggle. This will a bit long sorry. So the first to pictures are from over 20 years ago the one where I shirt less almost at my heaviest weight probably somewhere 500 pounds the next a few days after my gastric bypass surgery (plus my coding and almost dying😀) YEA. Next one 2018 still didn’t learn anything going back up in weight. Next one was last year in march when I started this journey that I’m on now. And finally a week or two ago after losing 130 pounds naturally and learning and loving myself each and every day. I say all this to say that it’s never too late for you, you can do this don’t ever stop fighting for yourself. Side note please if your reading this please share someone somewhere my need this push or inspiration. I’ve learned a lot on this journey and I’m still learning everyday still pushing through, still struggling, still fighting, still loving myself over hating myself. I feel very emotional as I write this and very overwhelmed but I know someone else needs to see this and hear it. Not finished yet so let’s go and be encouraged and be patient. #weightlossjourney #weightloss #weightlosssupport #weightlosstransformation #fitness #gymnation #encouragement #train #keepmoving #lifeisgood #livelifetothefullest #nike #nikerunning #lifechanging #traihlontraining #spartan #gethealthy

As I celebrate 50 years around the sun today , I do it enjoying something I’ve learned to love. Becoming healthy has been one of the biggest blessings of my life. So if I say anything about life and living it here it is “live every single moment to the fullest no regrets love hard, pray to God everyday and love your family and friends. This life is not promised so we have to make the most of it everyday. Live like you’re dying. “ #weightlossjourney #weigthloss #weightlossmotivation #fitover50 #fitnessjourney #fitness #triathalontraining #enjoylife #beencouraged #duespaidinfull🔥🔥

“Murph” isn’t just a workout — it’s a tribute.
A test of grit, pain, and purpose.
We sweat to honor those who served and sacrificed far more.

Today wasn’t about PRs.
It was about perspective.
It was about earning it.

Ok everyone first off getting better and stronger everyday, just pushing through it all. Feeling great and I’m finally starting to get use to my new/old body slimming down more and more. Well in just 77 days it’s going to be my big 50 birthday and my goal now is the golden ticket to hit my goal weight. So what I’m asking is if everyone can share repost spread word because I could use some help from the guys on top. My @nikerunning shoes are not what they used to be and still training for an @ironmantri . But what I need now and moving forward is just simply is helping hands and tools. Also thank you everyone for following me on this journey this year was awesome 122 pounds down and we’re still going. Let’s share the power of encouragement and positivity and help me continue this journey. #weightlossjourney #weighloss #weightlosstransformation #nike #nikerunning #fitness #fitnessmotivation #fitnessjourney #running #triathalontraining #beencouraged #duespaid

This journey has been a year in the making, and I truly can’t believe it still. They say a picture is worth a thousand words well here’s some pictures for your reviewing, they speak volumes to the road I’ve traveled. This past year has had plenty of ups and downs and life changing experiences that have taught me how to change my life. I thank you my family and friends that have been at side since the beginning, and those of you that came along for the ride too. For the first time in my adult life I’m under 200 pounds and still can’t believe it. More to come there’s still work to be done but I’m definitely getting there. #weightlossmotivation #weightlossjourney #weightlosstransformation #fitness #fitnessmotivation #fitnessjourney #nike #nikerunning #lifechanging #triathlontraining #beencouraged #keepgoing

You don’t always have to go super heavy. You can also shorten the rest period and up the intensity. 🤙

Got started with a 10 Minute EMOM
-5 Back Squats Every Minute

Rest 3 Minutes

Then hit a 20 Minute AMRAP
-500m Row
-10x Deadlifts @ 225#
-20x Sit-ups
