I’m settling more into the importance of living in the possibility of your desires.

Each experience of feeling out of alignment helped me sharpen my focus to stay in tune with what serves me.

To live efficiently means doing my best at handling my handle.

And when I’m not, to be clear and direct with self and realign.

Life is really a sport.

How we choose to meet each moment is key in how it plays out.

Take it in stride of your desires.

Whoever needs help with direction, I got you. The link is up top!

You really gotta draw a line with yourself for what you wanna feel and experience!

Holding yourself accountable for the thoughts you choose to hold onto.

For the words you speak and the tone in which you carry them.

For the actions you take and the ones you avoid.

They all add up. One way or another.

Applying this practice to my everyday life was a major deposit into my self-trust fund.

Life’s twists and turns can have you turning on yourself if you aren’t intentional.

Intentional with how you guide your thoughts toward the outcomes you want.

Intentional with your words, tone and the energy you bring into each moment.

When I’m centered in that, my actions fall in line with my desires.

Movement helped me build that clarity.

What’s a lesson movement has taught you?

Raised awareness can be mistaken for authority.

Some lessons aren’t ours to teach, though.

Let life do its work, let experience do its shaping.

And allow people to meet you when they’re ready.

I don’t believe in coincidence.

Wherever life’s taken me, I’ve found myself helping people build presence — that’s alignment.

Now, I’m living up to that through Pay What It Weighs — a 3-session coaching experience to help you deepen your presence in self and spirit, and move forward with confidence.

You choose how you pay it forward — financially, through referrals, or the energy you bring to our work.

If this feels like your sign to realign, hit the link up top to claim your spot.

Let’s get to it!!

We can sit with our emotions at the surface and get lost in the story.

or

We can use them as a guide — showing use how came to be and how we’re meant to grow from here.

The way you need to show up for yourself may already be showing up elsewhere.

The work is in shifting the direction to shift the outcome!

I find it beautiful how life shows you each cycle is connected — the beginning, the “end” and everything in between.

Gratitude helped me see how each cycle is an opportunity to meet my loved ones with a new perspective.

For those who’ve transitioned, the love didn’t leave with them — it just changed form.

Call yourself forward — not just out.

That’s how you stay rooted in who you’re becoming and not stuck in who you’ve been!

That’s how you move through purpose and not pressure!
