Noods tonight w @javanomusic 🥳

Javano and I met first year of University at Bath Spa and got to know each other through frequent mixes at his using his Technics - that’s where I learnt to mix w records :))

He’s a phenomenal producer and sound designer and I’m a little shocked I’ve never had him do a full mix for my show before! But that probably has a lot to do with the show having been live from Bristol up until this year-ish :)

With a new album out on @peer_pressure_records now seemed like the perfect time for Javano to showcase his mixing and productions 😊

Before that I’m on for the first hour mixing my new records with new tracks from myself & friends :))

Join us 22:00-00:00 on @noodsradio tonight 🥳

@javanomusic returns with bold and electrifying new album “Juncture”, released today via @peer_pressure_records. Marking a pivotal moment in his artistic evolution, “Juncture” captures the raw energy and forward-thinking vision that has been steadily building around his name in the electronic music scene. Designed to hit just as hard in late-night club settings as it does through headphones, the album reflects both precision craftsmanship and a fearless approach to sound design. At its core, “Juncture” is an energetic fusion of styles, seamlessly weaving together elements of drum and bass, UK garage, dub, and techno, solidifying Javano’s position as a rising force within the electronic music landscape.

The track “Grasped”, taken from the new album features now on the EMK Electronic Rhythm playlist. Stream and follow.

Tomorrow night I’m back at Planet Wax celebrating a very special project…. Javano’s Juncture LP

This is Jack’s second album for Peer Pressure and once again he’s taken his influences from dub, garage, house and techno and blended it into an LP that blurs genres and tempos while making perfect sense both at home and on the dancefloor.

We’ve got a full family lineup, expect to hear anything and everything from ambient deepness to gully rollers across the evening. I’m especially excited for 2hrs of Javano and a rare excursion from Sense MC.

Wax has been a real home-from-home for me this year and I’m looking forward to another rollout in such an important space for our scene. Get down early for the full Peer Pressure experience ❤️

Javano returns with Juncture, a bold and electrifying new album set for release on 3rd July via Peer Pressure Records. Marking a pivotal moment in his artistic evolution, Juncture captures the raw energy and forward-thinking vision that has been steadily building around his name.

This latest project is more than just a collection of tracks—it’s a statement of intent, a sonic crossroads where underground influences collide and reshape into something distinctly his own. Designed to hit just as hard in late-night club settings as it does through headphones, the album reflects both precision craftsmanship and a fearless approach to sound design.

At its core, Juncture is an energetic fusion of electronic music styles, seamlessly weaving together elements of drum and bass, UK garage, dub, and techno. Javano demonstrates an instinctive understanding of rhythm and space, moving effortlessly between high-tempo breaks, deep sub-heavy grooves, and textured atmospheric layers.

The album pulses with momentum, balancing gritty basslines and sharp percussion with moments of introspection and tension. Each track feels purposeful, contributing to an overarching journey that is both dynamic and cohesive. Fans of cutting-edge club music will recognize familiar influences, but Juncture never settles into predictability—instead, it continuously pushes forward, exploring new sonic territories while maintaining an undeniable dancefloor appeal.

This is an album built for movement, for connection, and for those moments when music takes full control.

In a time that feels loud, brittle and short on grace, I’m choosing intention over noise. As the world strains under its own weight, I’m offering music that lifts the spirit and points forward without shouting 🙏
