2025 was the best and worst year of my life,

First and foremost I want to say thank you to every single person I have met this year and even prior. Without you guys I do not know where I would have been in life. Whether you are a model, fellow photographer, and people who even weren’t directly involved in my projects you guys have helped me on and off set.

This is a year where I got to accomplish a lot things and improve significantly in regard to photography/just using my camera in general. From doing random street photography and taking random pictures of people and things I saw on the street Since I wasn’t confident enough to approach people and ask for pictures I decided to buy a huge lens for my old small camera. The zoom lens helped me get out there more and take more pictures but it did not teach me composition or force me to get out of my comfort zone so I took a leap of faith. I sold my old camera and decided to buy a camera that I have wanted for a while. It was pricey but worth every penny and when I got it I made a promise to myself to continue working hard if not harder on my photography/content. So I decided to join @ru_photographyclub @routuremagazine and @rumodelingteam which was by far one of the best decision I have made in my life. I got to meet some of the most incredible people on campus from models, to photographers, DJs, and get a connection to get my first ever paid gig.

During this year I also got to go to a lot of cool events where I was able to meet even more like minded creative people, such as Animenyc, @vercinyc , and even my own roommate @jeybeewhy hosted his own events where I was also able to go and get some pictures for his content.

In regard to my personal life this was by far the happiest and most interesting year of my life. It was a bumpy ride with a lot of exciting moments and unfortunately it’s not so very exciting moments.

I can’t wait to see what 2026 has to hold for me and my content in the future but I do hope that you guys would stick around for the ride. It is only up from here :)

This year was the most active I’ve ever been as a photographer, and it was the most fun I’ve ever had doing photography. With every shoot, I matured my craft; now, as I start to plan shoots with my own creative vision, I don’t intend to stop.
That being said, I’m going to spend the rest of this caption talking not about myself but about all the amazing people in front of my camera—my friends and family.
If you had never let me try to pose you, never given me feedback on my edits, or never recommended me to others, my camera would probably be collecting dust somewhere in my closet. Through every shoot, there’s been no greater joy than seeing you smile at the tiny screen after a great shot.
Behind every great picture is a thousand bad ones, and for those I say from the bottom of my heart—thank you.
